Monitor customer needs and satisfaction to provide excellent service and retention.

Coordinate with product development to ensure offerings meet market demand and customer needs.

Sales Reporting:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
