About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Client Support / Technical Support Engineer (Integration) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Support, Technical Support, or Integration Support roles.
Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Java, PHP, or Android.
Strong understanding of API integrations, SDKs, and web technologies (REST / JSON).
Familiarity with Integration Kits or middleware solutions.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
