Role Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager / Area Manager to drive business growth through the Agency Channel. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors while ensuring achievement of sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and develop a team of insurance advisors/agents for the Agency Channel.

Drive sales targets and revenue growth through effective team management.

Train, motivate, and mentor advisors to improve productivity and performance.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and key customers.

Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Eligibility Criteria

Age: Up to 35 years

Experience: 7 – 13 years in Sales / Insurance / BFSI sector

Experience in Agency Channel / Team Handling is preferred.

• Design effective training programs
