Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

As a part of the leadership and HR team, you will be expected to independently manage end-to-end learning and development initiatives, which include:

• Develop and manage comprehensive Learning & Development strategies aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

• A minimum 3 years of hands on experienced in building desktop / client-server applications using programming skill C++, C#, WPF, .NET and SQL
