JOB TITLE: FULL-STACK DEVELOPER

We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end

programming. Full-stack developers are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture,

ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features,

among other duties.

Full-stack developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good

organizational skills and attention to detail.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

1. HTML/CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap 5.0

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Must have hands-on development experience in design and build of responsive UI

● Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries

● Knowledge of multiple back-end language

● Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise.

● Experience of CodeQuality Tools like Sonar,Checkstyle, Findbug will be plus.

● Designing user interactions on web pages.

● Developing back-end website applications.

● Creating servers and databases for functionality. Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.

Ensuring responsiveness of applications.

1. Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript
2. Experience with RESTful services
3. Experience in building user interfaces with JavaScript frameworks like Angular
4. Skilled with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS
5. Strong understanding of JavaScript concepts like Promises and asynchronous programming
6. Ability to decompose a problem into clear software and UX design actions.
7. Understands how to optimize the delivery of code and assets (e.g., images, fonts) to a browser or device (e.g., lazy loading assets, using CDNs, caching, compression, etc.)
8. Experience in working with jasmine, karma, and Angular TestBed

We’re looking for Android Mobile Application Developer who has solid knowledge of Android application’s life cycle, specially in modern mobile application. We need someone to build the native applications for Android using Java & Kotlin on Android Studio. You’ll need to create applications from scratch or configure the existing applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and implement applications from initial concept, app architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable.
Implement new features, enhancements, and content of existing applications.
Good knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen.
Create and update re-usable code libraries to streamline app development cycle.
Contribute to all phases of the product development: design, develop, test, maintain and improvise.
BASIC SKILLS:

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field 3-5 years of experience in graphic design Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills Portfolio of work

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in database related projects.
• Working experience on any of the leading Database management systems viz., Oracle,SQL-Server, etc. (Experience on Postgres database systems will be an added advantage).
• Adequate Database Development skills & should be proficient in SQL coding.
• Working experience in Database SQL Optimization/Performance Tuning.
• Working experience on any of the Database Programming languages viz., PL/SQL, PL/pgSQL,T-SQL,etc.
• Flexible to learn, adopt & scale to any data centric technologies as per the evolving Organizational product strategies.

• Good to have skill sets of the Candidate:
• Working experience on Data Warehouse projects or exhibits sound knowledge over the concepts.
• Working experience on Data Analytics/Reporting/ETL or exhibits sound knowledge over the concepts.
• Database agnostic approach to data/database solutions.
• Exhibits sound knowledge on Big-data/Hadoop, Kafka, Map-Reduce programming, NoSQL,etc.

• Demonstrates strong proficiency across the Auto Industry value chain and related best practices. Possess expertise in one or more Functional areas Sales & Aftersales, Logistics, Dealer Management, etc.
• Conversant with more visual, more design-thinking based, and more agile lightweight approaches such as customer personas, customer journeys, service blueprints, story maps, etc
• Experience in agile methodology performing the role of product owner and have worked on at least 1 agile tool (eg. JIRA)
• Conversant with Spoken and Written German and English
• Global exposure to a multi-cultural organization structure                                           

Educational Qualifications:

• B.E./B. Tech/M. Tech. – Mechanical, Instrumentation, Industrial, Communication, Electronics, Comp. Science etc.
• PGDM/MBA – Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, etc.
• Any relevant certification will be an added advantage – Six Sigma, APICS, SCOR, PMP, etc.
