Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate should have knowledge and hands-on experience in content writing skills to position software services to business users and leadership team

• Should be able to work with technical team members to understand the service, solution being provided and convert it into simple English that business leaders (non IT ) can understand

• Should be able to work with diverse set of people

• Should be able to understand the cultural nuances of US customers

• Partner with marketing, sales, alliances, and delivery teams to develop suitable collaterals to position our services

• Should be able to do US overlap hours (India time 2 pm – 10 PM )

Technical Experience Mandatory

• Good command over English

• Mandatory: Marketing flavor while writing the content

Professional Attributes:

• Should be able to work independently on the technical and creative writing

• Should be a good team player and work in collaboration with varied set of people in delivery, sales and partner teams

Educational Qualification: Any Degree

Requirements:

- Need strong expertise in Kubernetes and ELK

- experience in implementation/migration to Elastic on Kubernetes.

- Experience in working in large enterprise and working with various stakeholders in DataCenter, Network

Responsibilities

- Set up ECK Cluster, upgrade ECK operator

- Migrate existing projects (100+) from ELK to ECK

- Build automation in moving projects from ELK to ECK

- Perform regression testing and close any technical opens, TCM

- Define processes for new business landing

What You’ll Do

This is an individual contributor position. Expectations will be on the below lines:

• Design, build and maintain the stream processing, and time-series analysis system which is at the heart of Conviva’s products
• Responsible for the architecture of the Conviva platform
• Build features, enhancements, new services, and bug fixing in Scala and Java on a Jenkins-based pipeline to be deployed as Docker containers on Kubernetes
• Own the entire lifecycle of your microservice including early specs, design, technology choice, development, unit-testing, integration-testing, documentation, deployment, troubleshooting, enhancements, etc.
• Lead a team to develop a feature or parts of a product
• Adhere to the Agile model of software development to plan, estimate, and ship per business priority

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years of work experience in software development of data processing products.
• Engineering degree in software or equivalent from a premier institute.
• Excellent knowledge of fundamentals of Computer Science like algorithms and data structures. Hands-on with functional programming and know-how of its concepts
• Excellent programming and debugging skills on the JVM. Proficient in writing code in Scala/Java/Rust/Haskell/Erlang that is reliable, maintainable, secure, and performant
• Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Flink, Kafka, Druid, HDFS, etc.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts and scalability challenges including multi-threading, concurrency, sharding, partitioning, etc.
• Experience/knowledge of Akka/Lagom framework and/or stream processing technologies like RxJava or Project Reactor will be a big plus. Knowledge of design patterns like event-streaming, CQRS and DDD to build large microservice architectures will be a big plus
• Excellent communication skills. Willingness to work under pressure. Hunger to learn and succeed. Comfortable with ambiguity. Comfortable with complexity

• Working closely with the client (typically Marketing / Communication heads) to understand their needs, company goals, vision, and prepare a high-level strategy spanning multiple platforms and types of content.
• Breaking down the client’s requirements in the form of a more granular content calendar
• Coordinating with designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to ensure overall smooth project flow and client satisfaction
• Doing primary or secondary research, as and when required, depending on the context
• Ensuring that the client receives error-free content and copy that is free of plagiarism
• Repurposing existing content into buckets that can be reposted on different platforms
• Brainstorm (along with the Account Manager) about how to drive traffic to the existing content and to improve overall KPIs for the client
• Diligent tracking and analytics of what's working and what's not working, and how to optimiz content for the next cycle

Hands on experience in sourcing through job portals and referrals.

Good experience in IT or Non IT recruitment .

Willingness & ability to handle end to end recruitment including internal recruitment.

Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments.

Interaction with the candidates and briefing them about the requirement.

Experience in handling walk-in drives.

Interaction with the clients.

Maintain all recruitment-related reports and forms

Should have good working knowledge in Microsoft Excel

Excellent command in verbal and written English.
