Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will act as the central point of contact between the sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams. The ideal candidate should have a complete understanding of all ongoing sales activities — including orders, dispatches, client follow-ups, and reporting — ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution of all sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Coordination & Order Management
2. Coordinate end-to-end order processing — from order receipt to dispatch and delivery.
3. Maintain accurate records of all ongoing orders, customer requirements, and delivery timelines.
4. Follow up with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely fulfillment.
5. Communication & Client Support
6. Serve as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams.
7. Provide customers with updates on order status, dispatch details, and pending requirements.
8. Handle queries, quotations, and basic customer support activities.

10.Track daily dispatch schedules and ensure proper documentation (invoices, delivery challans, etc.).

13.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
14.Track order status, pending dispatches, and customer payment status.
15.Follow-up & Coordination

17.Ensure all sales operations are carried out in compliance with company policies and timelines.
