Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Operations

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them in seating as per service protocols.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages as per brand standards.
• Ensure tables are set up neatly before service and cleared efficiently afterward.
• Refill water, clear used dishes, and attend to guest needs proactively.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
• Maintain awareness of ongoing promotions, menu changes, and daily specials.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and pantry.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per company and statutory guidelines.
• Ensure cutlery, crockery, and glassware are clean, polished, and ready for service.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in restaurant or hotel F&B service.
• Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management or equivalent preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service techniques.
• Positive attitude, grooming standards, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
