About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative WordPress Intern who is eager to learn and work on real-world website projects. This role involves assisting in website development, customization, and maintenance using WordPress, while gaining hands-on experience with live client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and managing WordPress websites
• Customize themes and plugins as per project requirements
• Upload and manage website content (pages, blogs, media)
• Ensure websites are responsive and mobile-friendly
• Perform basic website performance optimization
• Identify and fix minor bugs and issues
• Assist in website updates, backups, and maintenance
• Collaborate with design, SEO, and marketing teams
• Maintain project timelines and update task sheets regularly

We're hiring a Tech Lead to own the backend architecture and engineering culture of a fast-growing HR-Tech platform used by 100+ enterprise clients across India.

This isn't a "manage the team and attend standups" role. You'll be hands-on with architecture decisions, own the deployment environment, and work directly with founders who came from Gallup and IIM Ahmedabad.

The stack is Node.js, Docker, Kafka, and cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP).

What we're looking for:

- 5–8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role

- Strong backend development skills in Node.js (Python or Java is a bonus)

- Hands-on cloud experience — building and managing infrastructure, not just deploying to it

- Comfort with Docker, Kafka, and Linux environments

- Experience running Agile teams — sprint planning, retrospectives, the works

- Clear communication and the ability to make decisions under ambiguity

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or Information Technology

Roles & Responsibilities: 

1. Architect and implement various engineering initiatives like tooling, config driven systems, common libraries, etc.

6. Can work independently and go from zero to production in weeks.
7. Collaborate the workflow with back-end developers and UX designers to connect web applications to backend services with RESTful APIs. Write functional requirement documents and guides.

You’ll be a good fit if: 

1. You’re awesome at JavaScript. We prefer people who are strong in web concepts and fundamentals, and are open to learning any framework/library.
2. You have the ability to build features from scratch which are modular and scalable, and can deliver it end-to-end.
3. You have demonstrated experience in creating front end applications using Angular and/or React, HTML5, CSS3, Jquery, Bootstrap, Backbone.js, Semantic UI, Postgres, etc. Our current platforms are mostly Angular 8+ in frontend and Ruby on Rails / PostgreSQL / MongoDB on backend. 
4. You are comfortable working on CI/CD toolchain, Kubernetes, etc.
5. You are willing to explore new frameworks and languages while bringing in expertise and customer-centric usability best practices. 

• Having good knowledge of iOS SDK & interface builders
• Proficient in Objective C, iOS, X-Code etc.
• Continuously updating the expertise on latest releases of iOS products
• Should have developed at least 5 applications as per Apple standards
• Experience with Database in Mobile Apps like SQlite & Core Data.
• Experience in integrating Webservices like SOAP, REST and POST with Mobile App.

Responsibilities

1. Performing research to gather relevant information for the design.
2. Getting a good understanding of the design sensibilities/guidelines and coming up with concepts for the design based on the requirements of the client.
3. Developing creative and attractive illustrations, logos, website designs and other social designs.
4. Using Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity Designer (optional), Canva (optional), Sigma (optional) for creating designs.
5. Understanding design guidelines, copywriting rules and typography concepts in order to work with the content given by the content team.
6. Improving designs based on the given feedback.
7. Ensuring projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
