
We are looking for a solution architect who can build exceptional solutions in and around Hyper-Converged Infrastructure. His/her role primarily includes ©designing the solutions around the HCI Platform used by the company to build solutions also should include the different flavors of technologies to build solutions as per the requirement of the customer.
A successful solution architect should be ahead in tech innovation taking place in the HCI field. Should be creative in identifying new software, hardware and/or platforms that can be added advantage to the solution offerings and deliver an excellent solution to the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct an architectural system evaluation.
- Analyze the technology environment.
- Define a collaboration framework.
- Analyze technical and business requirements.
- Define a procedure and process to ensure solution delivery.
- Create a solution prototype.
- Take part in the technology selection.
- Comply with strategic guidelines and architecture.
- Control the solution development.
- Collaborate with project management and IT development teams.
- Deep knowledge of IT Infrastructure, HCI, HCP, SND, and Virtualization (Compute, Network and Storage).
- Strong knowledge of VDI solutions and Edge Computing.
- Excellent understanding of VMWare VX-Rail, V-San, Nutanix, HP SimpliVity (Any one technology deep knowledge is expected)
- Excellent knowledge of solution designing and documenting solutions.
- Building solutions and technical documents which are relevant for the successful execution of projects.
- Monitoring the solution implementation at a technical level to make sure that the solution is error-free, and the team is taking lesser time to deliver it.
- Good technical writing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with team and subordinates. Should be a team player and coordinate work with all the stakeholders in the project.
- Solution compliance with various laws should be known.
- Good communication skills both – written and spoken.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in the Information Technology field
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in solution building
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills
- Solid working knowledge in all required computer infrastructure and data center environments.
- Outstanding team-player skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
