Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with 5+ years of experience in mobile application development and at least 3 years of hands-on expertise in Flutter & Dart.

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of cross-platform mobile development, a passion for clean code, and the ability to build robust, high-performance applications.

Mandatory Skills: Flutter, Dart, Cross-platform Mobile Development, RESTful APIs, State Management (Bloc/Provider/Riverpod), Firebase, Git, iOS & Android Deployment, Agile Methodology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop advanced cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and high-quality code.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver new features.
• Maintain and enhance the existing codebase by fixing bugs and optimizing performance.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party libraries.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and user experience across devices.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies, tools, and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart.
• Proven experience deploying apps to iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong knowledge of state management techniques (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and third-party SDK integrations.
• Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integrations.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Your job:

• Implement customer-specific applications with focus on business logic and algorithmic development using high-level languages

• Define and develop clear software architectures and interfaces connecting hardware control and user interfaces

• Collaborate closely with global development teams, especially at headquarters in Germany

• Maintain and enhance implemented applications, ensuring quality documentation and issue tracking in ALM tools

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve problems through solution-oriented proposals across diverse customer environments

• Support the implementation of libraries and components with emphasis on scalable software design 

Your qualification:

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation, or a comparable field

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with with high-level programming languages such as Python or Node.js and UI frameworks like HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Angular, or C# / WPF

• Very good technical understanding and sound knowledge of electric automation and mechatronic or robotic/end-of-arm systems is desirable • Knowledge of PLC-programming and industrial fieldbus protocols is advantageous

• Excellent command of written and spoken English communication skills

• Proficiency in modern development environments, interface design, and application lifecycle management (ALM) tools

• Analytical, customer-focused, collaborative, and proactive in problem-solving and continuous learning

• Open to occasional travel and short-term international assignments for customer or HQ collaboration

Responsibilities

·    Support and Expand the Investment Performance Calculation and Reporting Applications within Nuveen. 

·    Understand and document business and functional requirements for performance calculation and reporting

Required Skills

·    Candidate must have 7-10 years of experience working with Asset Management firms

·    Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience working on investment performance calculation & reporting projects

·    Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience with projects related to IBOR systems for Asset Management firms supporting all the major asset classes

·    Candidate must be able to query and analyze data using SQL tools

·    Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills

·    Candidate must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

·    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university in IT/ Computer Science

Preferred Skills

·    Knowledge of Leveraged Loans asset class

·    Knowledge of FactSet and Eagle Performance

·    Working knowledge of Jira & Confluence

·    CFA or CIPM certifications is plus

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
