Role Overview

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your role is to identify and qualify leads, demonstrate the product, and create a strong sales pipeline. You’ll collaborate closely with our Growth and Sales teams to refine messaging and target developer-centric companies in the SaaS and tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos to showcase VideoSDK’s features and value.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align outreach with campaigns and product updates.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and report on outreach and conversion metrics.
• Gather prospect feedback to improve demos, messaging, and positioning.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS or IT product-based companies).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation and meeting targets.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.
• Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with developer-focused products or SDK/API-based solutions.
• Exposure to international B2B SaaS markets (US, India, Europe, APAC).
• Knowledge of sales automation tools and outbound strategies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage multi-complexity projects.

• Accountable for the overall delivery of the product/application - ensuring the quality of code and committing to the timelines.

• Ability to deal with ambiguities effectively (Technology, People, Process, or Partner).
