Roles and Responsibilities :
● Architect and build end to end backend services.
● Integrate services from various stakeholders - Insurers, payment gateways.
● Build for high observability, high performance and remove bottlenecks within the application.
● Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
● Should be comfortable with writing tests, targeting 100% coverage.
● Should be comfortable managing database migrations, scripting, setup and Administration.
Experience and Skills
● For this role we expect you to have 2+ years of experience in Backend development.
● Proficiency in Python (2+ years)
● Proven experience in building scalable backend systems (security, middleware, caching, APIs)
● Hands-on experience with Low level & high-level software design
● Must have relevant experience with Django or Flask or similar web app frameworks.
● Knowledge of writing restful APIs.
● Developer experience with AWS or any major cloud provider is a plus.
● Strong sense of ownership and leadership quality

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Tech team.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the design projects across the entire product life cycle. You set the design tone for the entire product by working in close collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams.
- Take a user-centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Create wireframes specifications with interaction flows for website and mobile site.
- Create sketches, graphics, templates, layouts, themes, typography, and visual standards for the app/website.
- Test the design flows, screen mockups with the QA team to ensure all minute details are covered. Partner with front-end engineers on UI implementation.
- Bring consistency to our UX at all touchpoints.
- Meet multiple deadlines, prioritise work, and keep projects moving forward.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Senior UX/UI designer.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing core experiences for consumer-facing products.
- Portfolio or work samples showcasing design aptitude, creativity, depth of thought and the ability to solve complex design problems.
- Proficient in working with Figma or other design tools.
- Strong understanding of common UX patterns and UI patterns, Information Architecture, Prototyping.

Job Brief
- You will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and executing the changes related to websites in order to get them optimized for the search engine.
- Help us maximizes the traffic that comes to our site by improving the ranking within the search engine.
- Coordinating with the content, design, and operations teams to manage activities to improve on-site as well as off-site SEO
- Drive link building to improve our domain authority
- Make content that should be of quality and which improves readability for our customers
- Conduct a detailed analysis of the results derived that should be in coordination with the website’s structure and the web pages
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in SEO or relevant marketing fields.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively.
- Team player
- Ability to explain the technical jargon in the simplest manner to the team and customers
