We are looking for A Sales executive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact and perform sales with customers (B2C) and perform day-to-day responsibilities, which include contacting potential tenants & Follow-up for leads received, responding to queries from customers with patience on all platforms. The executive must maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling the responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
· Schedule appointments on behalf of potential tenants to visit properties.
· Follow up with leads received from social media platforms, property rental portals, direct office walk-ins, etc.
· Have a thorough understanding of our product offerings and pricing.
· Utilize our sales methodology, schemes, and incentives effectively to close sales.
· Collaborate closely with the leads team to ensure all leads are properly handled.
· Maintain a track record of your progress by creating monthly reports that summarize key metrics.
Qualifications:
· Experience of sales in a property management is a plus, e.g. house rentals, hospitality businesses.
· Exposure to sales in the US and UK market is an added advantage.
· Experience in B2C sales is preferred.
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
- Communicates and negotiates persuasively - capable of influencing others assertively, building rapport with customers.
- Should have high soft skills and be able to convert to leads to sales.
· To have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email and web searches, along with the ability to quickly and effectively learn new software packages.
· Any Graduate with experience of 2-3 years in relevant field is preferred.
· Good understanding of CRM software, Property management tool.

We seek a Senior Software Development Engineer In Test (Sr. SDET) who will collaborate with stakeholders to define comprehensive test strategies and partner with developers, product managers, and QA teams to design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks and solutions.
