Specific accountabilities will include : - Bring new users into the MUrgency ecosystem (month on month growth) - Plan multi-channel marketing (word of mouth, digital, social, influencer, content, partnerships, growth hacking) - Build, execute and optimize an integrated marketing plan for innovative programs that cover awareness, demand generation campaigns, digital marketing, online media, SEO/SEM, web, social, etc - Work closely with Customer Support Team to ensure consistent Marketing that drives real value to prospects and existing customers - Analyze results and identify insights, optimizing for increased marketing qualified leads - Track funnel analytics, working to improve conversion rates - Be a champion for next generation marketing and operations best practices Other required skills and experience include : - 4+ years in marketing, developing, executing and managing multi-faceted campaigns and programs in Customer Centric or Service Based Industry - Preference will be given to candidates from a Tier 1 Engineering/ Business Schools like IIT's/ IIM's/ ISB. - Proven capability of driving large scale customer acquisition through digital marketing in an online commerce environment. - Established track record in operations and analytics with the ability to deliver comprehensive metrics that clearly measure performance - Profound knowledge of user onboarding, influencer marketing, content marketing and social media. - Should be hands on across across gamut of marketing activities (SEO/ SEM/ PPC/ Google Adwords/ Display/ Social Media marketing/ Viral marketing etc. - Profound expertise in optimizing the marketing funnel, AB testing, usability tests, email & social media marketing, - Exceptional communication & presentation skills.
