Job Description:

 The HR Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the human resources department. This position involves managing various HR processes to support the organization's workforce.  

 Job Details:  

● Taking care of onboarding/Exit, Induction, documentation etc. for successful joining of candidates at client’s place of various letters to the candidates on behalf of clients such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters & ID Cards etc.  

● Coordination with clients for attendance & leave records.  

● Interact & maintain excellent relationships with our client’s employees by ensuring proactive solutions & support for all their HR related queries 

 ● Coordinate with internal departments for any kind of support required for servicing the client successfully  

● Good to have experience of payroll processing and compliances like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF etc.  

● Must have excellent verbal & written comm. Skills

Qualifications:  

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  

* Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role. • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.

 • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Payroll Experience is mandatory. 

 • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Must be from Staffing industry ONLY

Develop and maintain scalable applications using MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and TypeScript.

Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices, performance, and security.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps teams to streamline development.

Contribute to AI-powered application development (if experienced in AI/ML).

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ 2.5+ years of experience in MERN stack development.

✅ Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js.

✅ Strong database management skills with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

✅ Proven experience in leading development teams and conducting code reviews.

✅ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

✅ Bonus: Experience in AI/ML-based applications is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to write quality code and build secure, highly available systems.
• Assemble large, complex datasets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.

Skillsets:

• Good understanding of optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of datafrom a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS ‘big data’ technologies.
• Proficient understanding of distributed computing principles
• Experience in working with batch processing/ real-time systems using various open-source technologies like NoSQL, Spark, Pig, Hive, Apache Airflow.
• Implemented complex projects dealing with the considerable datasize (PB).
• Optimization techniques (performance, scalability, monitoring, etc.)
• Experience with integration of datafrom multiple data sources
• Experience with NoSQL databases, such as HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.,
• Knowledge of various ETL techniques and frameworks, such as Flume
• Experience with various messaging systems, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Good understanding of Lambda Architecture, along with its advantages and drawbacks
• Creation of DAGs for dataengineering
• Expert at Python /Scala programming, especially for dataengineering/ ETL purposes

• Expertise in writing clean, secure and refactored code. 
• Knowledge and hands-on Experience with Test Driven Development. 
• Experience with relational and non-relational Database technologies like SQL, MongoDB. 
• Proficient with Git or any source code management tool. 
• Excellent listening, writing skills and strong technical competency are essential. 
• Creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
