
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer (SDE 3) to be a core builder on the Rezolv Agentic AI Platform. This is a deep individual-contributor role for an engineer who wants to architect, build, and ship production AI systems hands-on without management overhead. You'll work directly with founders, product, and the AI team, and own significant pieces of a platform already in production at India's largest banks and NBFCs, with a roadmap significantly larger than what's shipped.
Key Responsibilities:
You'll build and ship across four core pillars of the Agentic AI Platform already live with customers, with a substantial roadmap ahead:
• Full-lifecycle voice agents — Pre-due EMI reminders, post-due collections, deep-delinquency recovery, welcome calling, lead qualification, PD calling, and more
• Voice analytics — Transcription, translation, synthesis, and actionable signal extraction across audio at scale
• Multimodal document processing — Structured extraction and comparison across documents, images, video, and audio • Multimedia generation — For customer engagement, automation, and operational workflows
• Design and ship core components of our production AI stack — telephony orchestration, ASR/TTS pipelines, LLM workflows, RAG systems, agentic flows, evaluation, and observability • End-to-end ownership from problem framing → architecture → implementation → production reliability → measurement
• Sharp technical tradeoffs on latency, cost, and quality for AI at scale in regulated financial environments
• Set the technical bar through the code you write, the design docs you author, and the reviews you give • Mentor and level up engineers around you through pairing, design partnership, and review.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years hands-on building GenAI products in production — LLM-powered applications, voice agents, RAG systems, agentic workflows, or multimodal AI
• Strong systems engineering fundamentals — distributed systems, real-time/streaming, data pipelines
• Track record of shipping non-trivial, high-quality systems end-to-end
• You think in tradeoffs — latency vs cost vs quality, build vs buy, simple vs flexible • You love being hands-on and want to stay close to the code

Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and implement an AI Receptionist using Retell AI and Make (formerly Integromat). This AI Receptionist will handle incoming broker calls, collect loan request details, integrate with Salesforce, and automate follow-up communications.
Scope of Work
The solution should:
- Receive Incoming Calls
- Integrate with our phone system and Retell AI to answer broker calls professionally.
- Detect caller intent and initiate a structured loan intake conversation.
- Prompt Loan Request Details
- Use natural language conversation to gather key loan scenario data:
- Borrower and broker information
- Property type, location, value
- Loan amount requested, purpose, and timeline
- Any special circumstances (e.g., foreclosure bailout, BK buyout, etc.)
- Data Handling & Automation
- Send collected call details to Salesforce as a new Lead.
