Job description: As a Technical Project Manager at Tyfone you will be expected to provide technical and management leadership for the product development. You should be capable of leading a variety of complex features involving hardware and software teams. Responsibilities Project Managers at Tyfone will be responsible for: 1. Lead and manage complex and high priority projects from initiation to final role out 2. Overall responsibility of the project 3. Interfacing with customers at executive and technical levels 4. Mentoring and Human resources management 5. Coordination with various Tyfone teams, external vendors and customers 6. Providing projects status updates to Tyfone Management 7. Complete Project Life Cycle Management a. Planning & Implementation b. Progress tracking c. Identifying risks and risk mitigation planning d. Providing direction, motivation, support and inspiration to the program team e. Ensuring that quality guidelines and recommendations are met f. Prepares and presents the progress report to the management team g. Documentation Requirements 1. Good spoken and written communication skills, including experience in documentation and written correspondence with customers 2. Good understanding and hands-on experience of web-technology (Preferably Java, Apache Tomcat) 3. Familiarity with JSON, XML, JavaScript, HTML5, RESTful APIs, RDBMS concepts 4. Good understanding and experience of Agile Development process (Scrum) will be an advantage 5. Graduation in Computer Science or Electronics streams 6. MBA/PMP or any technical certification will be an added advantage 7. 7+ years of work experience which should include a. Developing and/or leading the development of medium to large web applications b. 1-3 years of project management work (as team leads or project managers) c. Should have handled a team of at least 5 developers

Responsibilities Design and develop efficient and testable modules or APIs.
