Role Overview:

As The Head of Content Writing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our content strategy. This position requires a seasoned content professional with a strong editorial background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for creating high-impact content. The ideal candidate will lead a team of content writers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver content that engages, educates, and inspires our target audience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and lead the content strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's brand, goals, and target audience.

2. Manage and mentor a team of content writers, setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

3. Ensure all content produced is of high quality, adheres to brand guidelines, and aligns with the company's messaging and tone.

4. Lead the creation of various types of content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, eBooks, and more, ensuring they meet the standards for accuracy, clarity, and creativity.

5. Work closely with other departments, including marketing, design, and product, to gather insights and ensure content aligns with overall business objectives and strategies.

6. Collaborate with the SEO team to incorporate best practices into content creation, improving search engine visibility and driving organic traffic.

7. Use analytics tools to measure the performance of content, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

8. Keep abreast of industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• 7+ years of experience in content writing, with a focus on leadership roles.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.

• Strong editorial skills with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum Requirements

• 8+ years development experience
• Solid Experience and knowledge of

• Coding and debugging using Object Oriented languages like Java, C++, Go or similar languages.
• Database design, Query optimizations, pitfalls (both SQL, NoSQL)
• Developing Scalable, distributed systems and patterns
• Developing REST and/or GraphQL based APIs
• Writing and driving Clean code in a team (via SOLID principles).
• Knowledge of writing unit tests

• Experience with Dockers/Kubernetes and orchestration

• Ensure the entire stack is designed and built for availability, speed, scalability, testability, debugging

• Serve as a technical lead for the team
• Mentor team members

Who should Apply:.

• iOS Engineers with 2-4 years of experience in iOS app development using Swift or

objective C.

• Engineers with working experience in Swift or Objective C, iOS Frameworks, various

architecture patterns, OOPs concepts, MVVM etc.

• Experienced with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, UI Kitetc.

• Hands-on experience in multi-threaded programming and good knowledge of

networking concepts along with enhancing profiling apps.

• Hands-on with the tools like Git Bitbucket, JIRA, or Confluence.

• Experience of accessing data as JSON/ XML using REST APIs.

• Good to be experienced on Swift UI, Swift Package Manager, Swift Lint
