This is a US Inbound Ticketing Process Candidate have to take 15 to 30 inbound calls in a day only and book flight tickets for US customers as per their requirements and resolve their queries.

Need Candidates with Good communication skills 

Minimum 6 years of experience in International Outbound sales 

2 years experience in International Voice Process 

Working days: 24 days working days in a month , 6 week offs, 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday Leave , 15 compensatory off for a year . 

Shifts: US night shift , Fixed shift with Roster off

Incentive : UP to 4-6 lakhs in a month ( Average incentive 30 k to 50k in a month ) apart from salary

Salary : 18k-30k ( No deduction on salary)

Training : 30 days Fully paid training will be provided

Technical Lead - .NET

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver technical systems
• Maintain adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience leading a team of developers - defining work breakdown structures/tasks, assigning the teamwork items, monitoring, and ensuring quality and adherence to standards etc.
• At least 8 years of relevant hands-on work experience building, integrating, and delivering enterprise-wide web and windows applications using Microsoft and other technologies for large organizations on complex projects

• Experience of data acquisition, extraction and normalization from PLCs and sensors with open protocols (OPC-UA, Modbus and MTConnect) + proprietary connectors (for Siemens Sinumerik, Fanuc and Mitsubishi)
