Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, Lightning technologies, Apex, integrations, and best practices while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on business requirements
• Develop scalable custom applications, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, Flows, and Process Builder automation
• Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with external enterprise applications
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders during the SDLC
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools such as:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets
• Good knowledge of governor limits and platform optimization

Hiring for Salesforce Developer - Marketing Cloud

Exp : 5 - 8 yrs

Edu : BE/B.Tech/MCA

Work Location : Pune

Skills :

Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, preferably in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud within an enterprise environment.

Minimum 1–2 years of exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with basic knowledge of Contact Builder, Data Extensions, Journey Builder, Email Studio, subscriber management, and SFMC administration.

Proven experience in incident management, service request fulfilment, production support, and problem management/root cause analysis.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, sharing model, and administration best practices.

Hands-on experience in configuring declarative solutions including Flows, approval processes, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and access controls.

Experience supporting release and change management processes across multiple Salesforce environments.
