Location- Delhi

Requirement:

1-Trading experience has to be in stocks and indices (NIFTY and BANK NIFTY)- cash segment and FNO on the National Stock Exchange.

2-Experience not less than 5-6 years hard core from day 1 in technical and options trading.

3-Education not less than Graduation in finance field- BBA/MBA.

4-Should know the NSE stock/INDEX.

5-Should know the Options and Derivatives market concept.

6-Should know the charting /Indicator/RSI/Bollinger Band & others of the stock market.

We are looking to employ a driven and experienced area sales manager to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of field sales representatives. The area sales manager's responsibilities include delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, evaluating the performance of the sales team, and preparing concise sales reports

• Extensive experience in designing, building & supporting Azure Managed Services Operations.
• Good understanding of Azure IaaS and PaaS services (Azure VMs, App Service, VM Scale set, Storage, Web App, Function App, Logic App, SQL instance, Data factory, Key vault, API management service etc.).
• Good understanding of Azure networking, vNet, NSG, various load balancing services, VPN, Express Route and firewalls in cloud environment.
• Knowledge on Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Hands on Experience in migration of various workloads to Azure from on-prem sources like VMware, Hyper-V, Physical Servers and from other Clouds.
• Knowledge of Azure Backups and ASR (Azure Site Recovery).
• Strong Knowledge on Containerization and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
• Powershell Scripting, Azure CLI, ARM templates writing, setup automation for resources provisioning and other IaC tools like terraform, Ansible is an added advantage.
• Knowledge on Azure automation and Automation Desire State Configuration.
• Knowledge on Azure Devops or GIT Actions on CI/CD pipeline configuration.
• Strong experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft based production systems.
• Aspire to learn and be able to pick up latest technical advances in Azure and be able to implement it.
• Certificate on Azure Administrator & Azure Architect has added advantage.

We are on the lookout for an effective UX writer to create microcopy that is intuitive to users, in keeping with the product’s brand voice, including people of different abilities, ages, gender identities, and backgrounds.

Create copy for apps, websites, and other digital products. Suggest words for menus, definitions, buttons, labels, chatbots, error messages, or instructions to guide first-time users through a product. Knowing grammar, spelling, and an in-depth understanding of tone and shades of meaning is essential. You will closely work with product design teams and collaborate with front-end and back-end developers. This role also has elements of a UX Producer. As a producer, you would support design teams, business stakeholders and clients.  Stay up-to-date with what teams are working on. Designers have to justify their work with clients. As producers, bring guidance during those crossroads, shedding light on the creative process and educating the clients in a way that’s digestible for them. You need to be someone who’s flexible, agile, responsive and honestly, calm! You will be juggling multiple projects. The office environment is young and dynamic. It's a work-hard, play-hard culture. • Should have experience researching problem statements and designing solutions that meet the desired UX goals and stakeholder requirements

• Should be able to rapidly prototype ideas; pen and paper will do for mockups. Should be familiar with prototyping tools or front end code for higher fidelity prototyping

• Good communication skills. Must be able to communicate idea to all stakeholders product, engineering and design

• Must have average above average knowledge of the Adobe Suite

• Must be able to look at the product as a whole to design workflows that scale

• Must be able to measure UX changes and suggest further improvements

• Should be able to build UI components that meet the desired UX. Should be able to understand and respect the UX

• Should follow the style guide and design according to the guidelines

• Understanding of typography, typographic grid, grid based systems, design frameworks and responsive design principles is required. Should be able to adapt and extend the style guide as required and define new UI components when needed

• Should be able to build reusable UI components

• Good communication with the product and engineering teams to assess feasibility of UI components

• Experience with motion/interaction design a plus

• Must know the Adobe Creative Suite well. Must also be familiar with prototyping tools
