We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.

• 0 - 3 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Requirements

Acquired strong proven professional programming experience.

- Strong command of Algorithms, Data structures, Design patterns, and Product Architectural Design.

- Good understanding of DevOps, Cloud technologies, CI/CD, Serverless and Docker, preferable AWS

- Proven track record and expert in one of the field - DevOps/Frontend/Backend

- Excellent coding and debugging skills in any language with command on any one programming paradigm, preferred Javascript/Python/Go

- Experience with at least one of the Database systems - RDBMS and NoSQL

- Ability to document requirements and specifications.

- A naturally inquisitive and problem-solving mindset.

- Strong experience in using AGILE or SCRUM techniques to build quality software.

- Advantage: experience in React js, AWS, Nodejs, Golang, Apache Spark, ETL tool, data integration system, certification in AWS, worked in a Product company and involved in making it from scratch, Good communication skills, open-source contributions, proven competitive coding pro

Roles and Responsibilities

Based in Jaipur, you will be working in a collaborative team on cutting edge technologies in a supportive and dynamic environment. Ultimately you are responsible for building the CODI and on-boarding new clients - this involves:

- Developing a good understanding of the solutions which Peak delivers, and how these link to Peak’s overall strategy.

- Making suggestions towards shaping the strategy for a feature and engineering design.

- Managing own workload and usually delivering unsupervised. Accountable for their own workstream or the work of a small team.  

- Understanding Engineering priorities and is able to focus on these, helping others to remain focussed too

- Acting as the Lead Engineer on a project. Helps ensure others follow Peak processes, such as release and version control.

- An active member of the team, through useful contributions to projects and in team meetings.

- Supervising others. Deputising for a Lead and/or support them with tasks. Mentoring new joiners/interns and Masters students. Sharing knowledge and learnings with the team.

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes brand positioning, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
2. Increase brand awareness and drive demand for our products through a variety of channels, including digital marketing, social media and events.
3. Collaborate with the product and sales teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive conversion and generate leads
4. Analyze market trends and customer data to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance
5. Work closely with the senior leaders to align marketing efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
7. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
8. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
9. Coordinating for website development
10. Coordinating for E-newsletters design
11. Providing inputs and ideas into marketing enterprises and subsequently promote them and monitor response

Must have:

 2+ years of development experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC (ERP

software)

 Experience with Test-Driven-Development

 Experience in the connection of APIs

 In-depth knowledge and experience in AL and/or C/AL, Visual Studio Code,

Azure DevOps, Git

 Very good communication skills (read, write, speak)

 Team player with a strong willingness to tackle things together

 Availability to travel if needed

Nice to have:

 Good knowledge of software architecture

 Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform

 Knowledge of quality assurance and documentation

 Experience in working in agile teams using Scrum

 Writing and implementing test automation in AL

 PowerShell, and MS SQL Server

 Ideally knowledge of or interest in acquiring knowledge of the extended

Role Title: Business Development Executive – Inside Sales

Process: Revenue generation, cold calling, B2B sales, Product demo.

Work Days: 6 days per week

Job Location: Noida

Office Hours: Work from office (10 AM to 7 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

● Reach out to warm leads on call and schedule product demos.

● Understand customer needs and requirements.

● Share product quotation and close the sale

● Maintain relationships with the customers.

● Get customer referrals from existing paid users.

● Provide after-sale support.

● Share weekly and monthly Sales Forecasts of probable conversion.

● Share product feedback to the product management team.
