What You'll Do
Inbound & Demand Generation (45%)
Create inbound funnels — landing pages, lead magnets, forms • Manage and grow our presence on Clutch, GoodFirms, G2, DesignRush • Qualify inbound leads against our ICP, log in CRM, route to sales • Track CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution weekly
• Build and run Google Ads campaigns targeting founders looking for dev partners (Optional - When required)
Content & Founder/KUMO Brand (45%)
• Work with the founding team to build their LinkedIn presence — draft daily posts, engagement strategy
• Write case studies that turn real client projects into compelling stories • Create 2–3 blog posts/month for kumohq.co (SEO-driven, not fluff) • Write landing page copy, email sequences, and outreach scripts • Build content that drives conversations, not just impressions
Sales Support (10%)
• Support outbound with lead research and personalization • Help craft cold emails and LinkedIn messages that sound human • Schedule discovery calls • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to increase speed and output quality
What We're Looking
For • 1–3 years in B2B marketing, SaaS marketing, or agency-side demand gen • Strong writing skills — clear, persuasive, sounds like a real person • Has run paid campaigns before and can talk about CPL, CTR, ROAS • Understands that marketing exists to generate revenue, not vanity metrics • Comfortable with AI tools — uses them to move faster, not as a crutch • Knows LinkedIn as a B2B channel (not just posting — generating conversations and leads) • Self-starter who doesn't need to be told what to do every morning

As a Assistant Controller - Finance, you will be responsible for assisting the Financial Controller in overall accounting and finance function. You will help in building scalable and reliable accounting processes and valuable financial reporting for operational, business analytics and planning purposes. - Managing daily accounting activities and finance operations and developing plans for driving efficiency and automation

Roles and Responsibilities
As an Escalation Associate, you will be at the front of handling and resolving customer complaints and Grievances from various touchpoints (Not Limited to Complaints, Social Media Escalations, Consumer Forum complaints, etc.). You will work with other departments and ensure closure and recovering a customer’s experience.
- Tracking all Customer complaints/escalations in real-time.
- Acknowledge all customer complaints, connect with customers (Over emails as well as on calls), understand the problem clearly, and assure a timely resolution.
- Coordinate and follow up internally for an end-to-end closure on each complaint handled.
- Proactively escalate cases that are about to breach standard TAT.
- Work on RCAs (Root Cause Analysis), of complaints, handled, to facilitate process improvement internally.
- Liaison with team members and team leads on a regular basis.
- Publish MIS on Escalation Cases and follow up steps to be shared with Team Leaders for Agent coaching and improvement.
