Graphic Designer

Websites.co.in is hiring a Social Media Executive to manage the full organic presence of the brand across all major platforms. This role is for someone who can design, plan, and execute content consistently without needing hand-holding.

Your role

– Create and design social media posts, reels, shorts, and basic motion graphics

– Build and maintain a monthly content calendar for all platforms

– Plan and execute content themes, series, and brand storytelling

– Shoot short-form videos with the team when required

– Publish and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X

– Manage community interactions, comments, DMs, and brand tone of voice

– Track post performance and provide simple weekly reports

– Maintain brand style, consistency, and visual identity

What we expect

– 1 to 2 years of experience in social media design and content execution

– Strong skills in Canva or similar design tools

– Understanding of trends, hooks, and platform-native content styles

– Ability to design quickly and deliver high-volume content

– Good communication and copywriting sense for captions

– Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of content output

Job Description-

- Extensive experience with machine learning utilizing the latest analytical models in Python. (i.e., experience in generating data-driven insights that play a key role in rapid decision-making and driving business outcomes.)

- Extensive experience using Tableau, table design, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and cloud environments, or equivalent experience designing/implementing data analysis pipelines and visualization.

- Extensive experience using AI agent platforms. (AI = data analysis: a required skill for data analysts.)

- A statistics major or equivalent understanding of statistical analysis results interpretation.

Conduct thorough research on mental health topics, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress management, self-care, mindfulness, therapy techniques, and other related subjects. Develop compelling and well-researched content based on the latest industry trends and scientific findings.

• Ensuring proper legal compliances under the Companies Act and other enactments within mandated time
• Independently convening the Board/ Committee meetings including preparation of agenda, minutes and other allied matters.
• Liaising with Advocates for handling of legal issues.
• Liaising with other departments within the Company for day to day work.
• Liaising with RTA, Auditors and other external agencies as and when needed.
• Handling of all Annual General Meeting related work including the preparation of Annual Report.
