It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to design and implement novel AI solutions

● Research state-of-the-art modelling and training techniques

● Propose, prototype, and validate hypotheses to lead our business and product roadmaps

● Evaluate new technologies and innovate to improve product competitiveness

Must have Skills:

● Deep knowledge and hands-on experience of working with various AI/ML models

● Ability to choose/build optimal DNN architecture and end-to-end model delivery pipeline

● Proven track record of applying ML techniques beyond conventional supervised learning (Eg: active learning, reinforcement learning, and knowledge distillation)

● Working knowledge in the following specialized domains of Robotic Navigation or Large Language modelling is a plus

● LLM - Instruction Tuning - RAG Robot Navigation - 3D modeling - Localization - Path planning

● Good in Data-structures and Algorithms

● Well acquainted with programming using python, torch/tensorflow

As a Site Reliability Engineer you will be in charge of:

• Designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
