Strong Technical Account Manager (Publisher Side) Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have minimum 8+ years of total experience, including 5+ years as a Technical Account Manager / Publisher Operations professional in AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, or Digital Media

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience managing top publisher accounts or supply-side relationships; specifically publisher-side technical account handling

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Strong working knowledge of SSPs, programmatic ecosystem, ad-serving workflows, and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Proven experience in technical onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, and providing technical assistance to publishers

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Demonstrated experience conducting live product demos, explaining features/benefits, and tailoring demos for publisher / stakeholders

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Experience collaborating closely with technical, product, customer success, and sales teams to solve client issues and drive adoption

Mandatory (Company) – Must come from an AdTech, Programmatic, SSP, Publisher-side, or Digital Media Tech organisation dealing with supply partnerships / publisher ops

• Identify target audience and grow our email list
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
• Write newsletters including all company updates
• Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
• Create email databases for lead generation
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience with L2/L3 support, Service Management, Escalation management, KPI/SLAs tracking, measuring and reporting 
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide resolution in a fast-paced environment
• Installing/ upgrading the database server and application tools.

Requirements, Desired Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience in delivering results-driven solutions with proven business value.
