Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in ed-tech or related sectors
• Existing network and active connections in higher education institutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset

Preferred:

• Prior experience in selling online learning products, test prep solutions, upskilling platforms, or school/college partnerships
• Exposure to both B2C and B2B sales in the education segment

Communications Management:

Develop and manage the company's communication channels, including social media, newsletters, press releases, and internal communications.

Craft compelling messaging that aligns with the company's brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

Manage relationships with media contacts, influencers, and other external partners to amplify the company's reach.

SEO and Analytics:

Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to the company's website.

Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant metrics.

Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates.

Project Management:

Manage content projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely deliver

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in of Commerce (M. Com)

• 7-9 years of relevant experience

• Robust oral and written communication and presentation skills

• Experience in any ERP like Quickbooks, Intacct, Tally, Expensify etc.

• Strong attention to deadlines and detail – ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
