The Role

We are looking for a scrappy, high-agency Full-Stack Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our core team. This isn't a role where you’ll be a small cog in a giant machine. You will report directly to the CEO, working alongside leaders who have scaled products for billions of users. You will be expected to wear multiple hats, moving seamlessly between architecting backend services and crafting fluid frontend experiences.

Technical Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of professional software development experience.
• The Stack: Deep proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Svelte.
• Full-Stack Mindset: Strong foundational knowledge of backend architecture and the ability to own a feature from database schema to UI deployment.
• Versatility: You are comfortable jumping into unfamiliar territory, whether it's optimizing video rendering pipelines or refining a checkout flow.

Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Strong, Backend Proficient)

5-10 Years Experience

Contract: 6months+extendable

Location: Remote

Technical Requirements Frontend Expertise (Strong)

*Need at least 4 Yrs in React web developement, Node & AI.*

● Deep proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript

● Experience with state management (Redux, Context API)

● Frontend testing expertise (Jest, Cypress)

● Proven track record of achieving high Lighthouse performance scores Backend Proficiency

● Solid experience with Node.js, NestJS (preferred), or ExpressJS

● Database management (SQL, NoSQL)

● Cloud technologies experience (AWS, Azure)

● Understanding of OpenAI and AI integration capabilities (bonus) Full Stack Integration

● Excellent ability to manage and troubleshoot integration issues between frontend and backend systems

● Experience designing cohesive systems with proper separation of concerns

Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Drive revenue generation by implementing effective sales and retention strategies to achieve AUM targets in the territory.
• Operations Management: Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch, adhering to operational guidelines and compliance standards.
• Recruitment of Frontline Employees: Identify staffing needs, recruit talented individuals, and build a high-performing team of frontline employees.
• Training and Nurturance: Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing support to frontline employees to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
• Risk and Audit and Compliance Adherence: Implement risk management protocols, ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and conduct periodic audits to maintain a secure and compliant environment. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements at all times, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
• Liaising with Lending Partner Banks: Foster strong relationships with lending partner banks, collaborate on business strategies, and ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
• Cross-Selling of Third-Party Products: Identify opportunities for cross-selling various third-party products to customers, increasing revenue and enhancing the customer experience.
• Building Rupeek Business Partners and DSA Channel: Establish and nurture partnerships with local businesses and develop a robust DSA channel to drive business growth.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business performance, monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Ideal Persona: 

• Should be a graduate or above in any stream. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and operations management, with at least 2 years in a team-leading role.
• Candidates from BFSI/Fintech/Telecom would be an ideal fit
• Strong background in the BFSI lending business is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Local language proficiency and geography knowledge are preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum of four years of software engineering experience
• Minimum of three years of software engineering experience building multi-tier enterprise applications
• Demonstrated track record of designing, developing, and delivering single page, web-based applications based on Angular.io or other similar JS libraries
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or relevant work experience
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Nexus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
