Your responsibilities:

● Execute manual and automated tests throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.

● Work collaboratively within an Agile team and help define or improve processes as

needed.

● Build and maintain automation tools and utilities to improve testing efficiency and

coverage.

● Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline; triage test failures and support in

resolving production issues.

● Execute performance tests (load, stress, etc.)

● Continuously enhance your skills and actively support the growth of your teammates.

Key qualifications:

● Minimum 10-12+ years of experience as an SDET.

● Provide subject-matter expertise, best practices, and strategic direction for quality

assurance technology solutions in the commercial software/services space.

● Collaborate, architect, and execute on deploying industry standard quality testing,

metrics gathering and reporting capabilities for all commercially facing products.

● Plan, develop, and execute various quality tests that will shape understanding and

adjustments to the application portfolio.

● Ability to perform manual tests, create test documents and build a regression suite.

● Proven experience designing and implementing UI and API test automation

frameworks from scratch.

● Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Jenkins, GitHub,

Postman, JMeter, etc.

● Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, Java,

Go, or JavaScript.

● Good grasp of OOP and SOLID principles to design reusable, modular, and

maintainable automated test code.

● Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and related web technologies.

● Ability to work effectively both as an individual contributor and within a collaborative

team environment.

● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across

cross-functional and distributed teams.

● Project management experience is a plus.

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer with 1-4 years of experience to join in Pune. The ideal candidate will be proficient in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) and C#, with a strong understanding of modern software development principles and architectural patterns. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable desktop applications, contributing to the full software development lifecycle within an agile team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality desktop applications using WPF, XAML, and C#.
• Implement and maintain application logic following established architectural patterns such as MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) and MVC (Model-View-Controller).
• Utilize threading concepts effectively to ensure responsive and performant user interfaces.
• Work with various database technologies to store and retrieve application data efficiently.
• Integrate with internal and external APIs to extend application functionality.
• Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in all development activities.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective solutions.

Required Technical Skill Set:

• Must-Have Experience:
• WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) and XAML: Demonstrated expertise in building complex and user-friendly desktop applications.
• C#: Strong proficiency in C# programming language, including .NET Framework or .NET Core.
• Threading Concepts: Solid understanding and practical experience with multi-threading and asynchronous programming to create responsive applications.
• Database: Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
• API Integration: Experience consuming and integrating with RESTful APIs.
• MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel): In-depth understanding and practical application of the MVVM architectural pattern.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in WPF desktop application development.

• 6+ years of experience in Software Development and writing Unit tests for Mobile Apps
• Excellent designing, debugging and programming skills in an Object oriented programming language like C#, Java, javascript, Swift, Dart etc.
• Experience with Native Mobile development (Android or IOS) and Cross-Platform mobile development (preferably Flutter)
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles
• Strong knowledge of writing code for testability, modularity and extensibility
• Knowledge of test methodologies and corresponding unit test framework tools like JUnit etc.
