Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence, driving lead generation, and enhancing brand awareness in the global market. The role requires a deep understanding of SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy to help promote our products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote Plastic Granules India's products globally.
• Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Create and manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Oversee social media accounts and create content that aligns with the brand's objectives.
• Monitor website analytics and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage with existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visual content, including banners, graphics, and videos.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the plastic granules industry.
• Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding requirements from the product manager and translating to technical specifications
• DB schema development
• API development (structuring REST endpoints + real-time endpoints like socket.io integration)
• Integrating 3rd party services for payments, email, whatsapp, and other such services
• Optimizing our current architecture & processes for scale (we expect usage to go up)
• Guiding junior developers on best coding practices

• Experience in at least one Python-based Web Framework like Flask or Django
• Experience in SQL databases & API design

• will have primary responsibility for coordinating and implementing effective Cyber Security management across the account. This role will ensure that all Supplier obligations are met regarding compliance with Security guidelines, data protection, regulations, Supplier policies, and key controls.
• provide implementation and ongoing operation of Security management framework;
• be responsible for coordinating activities to address the key Security risk exposures;
• ensure Security awareness training of, and assistance in the implementation of robust Security management practices across Security operations;
• direct the design of controls to address emerging or new Security risk and compliance requirements;
• carry out regular and frequent assurance reviews of the design and operating effectiveness of Security controls;
• implement, monitor and report on key Security risk indicators to identify and address emerging risks;

  Write high quality, structured application/interface code and documentation in YII framework

Design, develop, and maintain PHP based internal and external applications.

Work side by side with the end user/internal customer to develop, debug, and test application software for accuracy, integrity, interoperability and completeness to achieve desired results.

Requirement:

 Hands on experience with PHP , Jquery, Ajax , Front End Frameworks (Bootstrap & Materialize)

• Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and provide document solutions in the form of SDD
• Perform detailed estimations towards the finalized scope
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows
• Prepare solution presentation documents, present the solution and implementation plan to the CoE teams and project stakeholders
• Understand client’s business requirements and clearly document them in order for RPA developers to deploy the automation projects in an optimal manner
• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools
• Create process and end-user documentation
• Collaborate with other development team members and guide junior developers to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions
• Perform peer review of developed components and test cases
• Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues; flexible to work in shifts when the demand arises

• Knowledge of other RPA tools

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field.
• Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases such as Cassandra.
• Experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, EMR, Athena
• Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as familiarity with unstructured datasets.
• Deep problem-solving skills to perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
