Ideal Candidate

6-8 Years of Experience

Passion for writing Vanilla JavaScript

Strong knowledge and experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Work Experience with TypeScript

Deep understanding of the DOM, Browser Events, JavaScript APIs, Canvas rendering, etc.

Deep understanding of how the browsers work.

Regard for optimizations that focus on delivering content to the user as quickly as possible.

Awesome Debugging Skills.

Passion to write automated tests to verify the working of libraries (You can’t possibly verify things on all devices and all browsers manually). We use Cypress for this.

Understanding the similarities and differences across browsers (young and old).

Experience in writing modular JavaScript code

Knowledge of high-level programming concepts like promises, and data-binding.

Passion to stay up to date with the constantly evolving world of front-end development.

Creative & Social Media Manager

Location- Gurgaon (WFO)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative & social media manager who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our social media strategy. You will handle all our socials, evaluate our social metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create a strong brand entity for Juleo on Insta, Linkedin, Snap, YouTube to drive awareness and app installspare weekly and monthly reports on metrics eg Reach
• Schedule content and maintain a social media calendar. • Monitor social
• trends and proactively highlight opportunities for growth and engagement
• Partner with content creators and influencers to drive awareness and build
• the Brand's Social Presence.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and
• monitor customer reviews.
• Designing social media strategies to achieve marketing targets.
• Managing, creating and publishing original, high-quality content on social
• platforms.
• Administering all company social media accounts to ensure up-to-date
• content.
• Liaise with writers and designers to ensure content is informative and
• appealing.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI.

Requirements:

• Working experience of minimum 2 years in handling Social Media Platforms (Insta, Linkedin, Snap, YouTube) end to end for a Consumer tech startup. The ability to create short videos, gifs and other social media content independently

• Experience with social media management tools.and analytics
• Good understanding of the holistic and dynamic landscape of social media

Key Competencies (Functional):

• Proficiency in coding in atleast one scripting language - bash, Python, etc
• Has personally managed a fleet of servers (> 15)
• Understand different environments production, deployment and staging
• Worked in micro service / Service oriented architecture systems
• Has worked with automated deployment systems – Ansible / Chef / Puppet.
• Can write MySQL queries

• Develop new user -facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• Minimum 2 years experience working as a react.js developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Web pack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
