About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support in generating qualified B2B leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Assist in planning and executing targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Manage timely follow-ups and help schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled React Developer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building modern, responsive web applications using React and be comfortable working with at least one backend technology such as Python, Node.js, or PHP.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-friendly web applications using React.js
• Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable components
• Work with REST APIs and integrate frontend with backend services
• Collaborate with backend developers (Python / Node.js / PHP)
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness
• Manage application state using Redux / Context API / similar
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

IoT Developer with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. Skilled in integrating embedded devices, sensors, PLCs, gateways, cloud platforms, and web/mobile applications to enable real-time monitoring, automation, and data analytics.

Experienced in working with industrial communication protocols such as MQTT, Modbus RTU/TCP, RS232, RS485, and HTTP/REST APIs. Proficient in developing scalable backend systems, cloud-based IoT platforms, device management solutions, telemetry processing pipelines, dashboards, and alerting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for SEO, SEM, and digital marketing services
• Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct client meetings, understand business goals, and propose tailored digital marketing solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, commercial discussions, and close deals independently
• Work closely with the Founder for strategy review and closure support on key accounts
