Job Summary:

As a Software Engineer, you assist in the design development of new products for our renowned customers worldwide.

Enhancing the existing applications by identifying the areas of improvements, making recommendations and designing and implementing them.

Responsibilities:

• Participating in discussion with Product Management teams and Generating the Requirement Specification document that has covers both the functional and Non-functional requirements.
• Participating in discussion with the technical teams and generating the design documents.
• Develop code and update the existing code, ensuring that all the code meets the agreed upon requirements.
• Perform intensive testing of all new and existing programs to ensure they are free of errors and function as intended
• Work closely with the cross functional teams like UI Developers, Business Analysts and Management teams.
• Cultivate an environment of collaboration, commitment, accountability, and creativity and deliver products and services on time with quality delight the customer.
• Actively participating in the hiring process, for Organization growth.
• Updates job knowledge by studying latest development tools, programming techniques, and participating in professional organizations.
• Willing to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably expected of the role and as necessary in order to achieve the objectives of the organization.

Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Skills and Knowledge)

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or any equivalent degree.

·        At least 3 plus years of hands on experience in developing cloud-based software.

·        Expertise in developing cloud based distributed applications and must have experience in object-oriented design.

·        Strong hands on experience in using Java, Hibernate, Spring technology stack (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch, Spring security etc.) along with open source technologies.

• Experience building web and mobile applications using frontend technologies Angular (Angular 1/Angular 2), Bootstrap, Material Design, UX/UI, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

·        Experience on any one of databases like MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.

·        Exposure with more than one of the Software Development Methodologies.

·        Knowledge on the Code Static Analyzer tools like SonarQube, PMD etc. and, DevOps Tools.

·        Expertise in Security related to Web Applications and mobile applications. and other open source and commercial tools.

·        Ability to work independently and along with teams.

·        Impeccable written English skills, and Oral communication skills along with outstanding interpersonal skills.

·        Eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly - responsive user interface components using React concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js workflows.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

React.js Developer Requirements:

• 1-3 Years Previous experience working as a React.js Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, bootstrap and material design.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience in Next.js, Ant design, Node.js and Python will add extra advantage but not mandatory
• Experience with user interface design.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

As a Mid Level Front-End Developer, you will:

Create well-designed, documented, and tested front end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks, such as React and Redux, CSS-in-JS, Styled Components, etc.

Collaborate with clients, project managers, UX designers, and other developers to gain a thorough understanding of project requirements within agreed-upon scope and architecture designs

Translate wireframes into fully functional user interfaces and proactively address edge case scenarios

Collaborate with back-end developers to design REST APIs and request/response schemas

Perform code reviews with constructive feedback

Promote clean code, best practices, and consistent design patterns across the team

Write infrastructure as code and automated deployment scripts for customer delivery

Provide development estimates from granular tasks to comprehensive projects/applications

Lead and present technical discussions to clients, including knowledge transfers

Take on additional responsibilities over time and become a key contributor for scaling team size

Preferred Technical Expertise-

1. Expertise in front end web application development
2. Solid Understanding of Javascript, JQuery.
3. Experience in HTML, CSS and Bootstrap library is required.
4. Experience with Django Framework.
5. Experience with source code versioning tools such as GIT, Bitbucket etc.

Secondary Skills/Good to have Skills:

1. Experience in developing REST API is a plus.
2. Experience in Python Programming is a plus.
3. Experience in Pandas and Numpy Libraries is a plus.
4. Experience with SQL is a plus.
5. Experience with any cloud platform ( GCP is a plus )

• You must know the in and out of JavaScript to design optimized and modular components that need to be used across our platform.
• You must be well versed with the React/Redux framework.
• Strong understanding of semantic HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3
• Experience in setting up the full UI workflow layer right from Development, Testing, Building, and Deployment.
• Good understanding of MVC architecture.

Good to have:

• Experience in frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation, and CSS pre-processors like SASS and LESS.
• Exposure to page speed improvement techniques.
• Exposure to building responsive websites at scale.
• Prior work experience in Angular, Backbone, React 

• At least 2+ years of product development experience with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance web applications

• Knowledge on Node server, Socket connections and mechanisms to handle real-time async data would be a plus.
• Very Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Very strong full stack experience with familiarity in serving technologies such as HTTP, CDN, proxies and caching
• Working experience with distributed teams and leading them is a plus
• Strong hands-on on writing test cases and documenting UI component.
