Role & Responsibilities

Lead and deliver designs that are innovative and sophisticated, buildable and scalable, and thoroughly documented.

Be responsible for delivering on our vision and strategy for customers and support the app team in shaping ACKOʼs

roadmap for D2C ensuring design tasks are prioritised in line with the agreed product goals and metrics.

Drive design tasks aligned with our product goals and metrics by collaborating closely with strategy, product, and business teams.

Take ownership of the entire user journey, from ideation and prototyping to user testing and final production, ensuring timely delivery.

Utilise data insights, including metrics and usability studies, to inform and refine design decisions.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of design patterns, best practices, and standards for both iOS and Android platforms.

Effectively communicating and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various positions.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
• Monitor and track attendance, leave, and other time-related matters to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's HR practices remain competitive and effective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
• Knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is essential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
• High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.

Salary: 15,000-20000

Working Days- Monday to Saturday 

• Providing recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk
• Presenting analysis, findings, and recommendations to managers, especially findings that involve a borrower’s ability to repay
• Keeping up to date with the company’s lending protocols
• Reconciling credit files and identifying discrepancies and variances
• Developing and preparing spreadsheets and models to support analysis of new and existing credit applications

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6 months to 3 years credit underwriting experience
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer use
• Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data
• Impeccable understanding of credit report analysis, bank statement analysis, financial statements, etc

• This position will support the evening shift
• Mon to Sat: 6PM – 12 midnight
• All Sundays: 1PM – 10PM
• There will be no weekly off
