
Job Title: Regional Manager – Operations ( Pan-India)
Role Overview
The Regional Manager – Operations oversees multiple properties across India, ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational management to drive performance,who can enroll and maintain 25 numbers of properties having more than 300 rooms from the city where they are located.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize guest experience, efficiency, and financial performance across all properties.
2. Operational Management
Oversee daily operations across regional properties.
3. Financial and Business Performance
Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
4. Guest Experience
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through quality service and responsiveness to feedback.
5. Team Leadership
Lead and motivate , conducting regular meetings to review performance.
6. Sales and Marketing Support
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to plan and execute promotional activities and packages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents,DMCs, and corporate clients.
7. Compliance and Safety
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1.Maintain an annual occupancy level of 25% for all properties under supervision.
2.Ensure the average yearly room revenue increases by 10% compared to the baseline at the time of agreement.
3.Maintain consistent five-star reviews on all relevant online review platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
5–10 years of experience in hospitality operations, including 2–5 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsible for leading all HR functions at the plant, including manpower planning, recruitment, industrial relations, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and coordination with corporate HR. Ensures smooth HR operations supporting plant productivity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HR operations
• Partner with operations leadership to align manpower with production targets.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, operators, and technical positions.
• Develop and implement HR policies and systems aligned with corporate standards.
• Drive performance management, appraisals, and competency mapping.
• Handle industrial relations, grievance redressal, and union communication (if applicable).
• Ensure statutory compliance – Factories Act, ESI, PF, labour laws, etc.

- Familiarity with Docker, and ML Libraries like PyTorch, sklearn, pandas, SQL, and Git is a must.

- Must have programming experience in Python.
