What we want you to do

• This role will comprise 70% TA & 30% of either functions (Admin/HR-Ops/Employee Engagement) depending upon the candidates skill set..
• Work with different department heads to understand the hiring requirement 
• Curate Job posts on Various platform 
• Recording keeping of resumes
• Maintain database of candidates
• Screen Resume as per requirement of the role. 
• Speaking to potential candidates & explaining them the JD
• Schedule Interviews via online meeting portals or face to face interviews.
• Ensure timely feedback from the interview panels. 
• Keep good rapport with the candidates.
• Closing the hiring process

What are we looking in you

• Graduate or PG degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
• Prior experience as an HR Recruiter
• Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, training, talent management ,etc.)
• Experience with resume databases and ATS
• Sound knowledge of the end to end recruitment process.
• Strong verbal as well as written communication skills. Good proficiency in English. 
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

🚁 Experience hiring for GIS, UAV pilots, survey engineers, project managers

• Serving as a go-between the candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
• Building and reporting on quarterly and annual hiring plans
• Creating and publishing job ads in various portals
• Networking with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
• Collaborating with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
• Screening resumes and job applications
• Conducting initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates

Job Description:

• Looking for a passionate HR Executive in the Software Industry who understands technology and Interested to learn and grow along with the company.

Experience : 3+ years in end to end US Technical Hiring 

Location : Pune 

Notice Period : Immediate Preferred 

To be eligible you must be: 

• Excellent in sourcing through Job Portals, Social Media, x ray Search-Booleans, etc.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing the candidates, screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand-holding all the way till closure 
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Able to analyze resumes and determine appropriate matches for vacancies
• Understanding of impact to business and metrics 
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Hands on experience with Applicant tracking systems

• Must have full life cycle experience of US Staffing
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
• Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
• Must have strong command on English (oral, written).
• Willing to work in Night Shift Monday to Friday (7.30 PM - 4:30 AM IST).

Job Summary:

• An HR Recruiter is responsible for end to end process.
• A recruiter has to screen the resumes as per the requirement, considering the JD.
• Call the candidates and line up for TI & PI Interviews.

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Graduation in any stream
• One to three years as an HR.
• Knowledge of different job boards is preferable.
• MBA (HR) is preferable
