Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.)

Position Summary
The Delivery Account Lead – US IT Recruitment will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, team leadership, and client engagement for key strategic accounts. This role is a critical leadership position that demands strong experience in managing VMS clients, high-volume delivery, team performance, and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
· Own delivery for multiple high-value US-based client accounts across industries and technologies.
· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to drive consistent performance and quality.
· Collaborate with Account Managers to align delivery strategy with client expectations.
· Ensure fulfillment of job requisitions through proactive sourcing, screening, and submission processes.
· Analyze delivery metrics, provide weekly and monthly performance reporting, and drive continuous improvement.
· Develop and implement best practices for recruitment operations, candidate engagement, and submission quality.
· Manage escalations, compliance, and contract negotiations as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
· 9 to 12 years of extensive experience in US IT Recruitment delivery and team leadership.
· Proven ability to manage VMS/MSP accounts with a strong understanding of hiring models: W2, C2C, and 1099.
· Strong sourcing background using platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
· Deep knowledge of ATS and recruitment reporting tools, and ability to use data to guide decisions.

• Recruiting the right talent for the open positions at PAN India.
• Building the pipelines of Talent Pool - eg. Education institutes, allied industries, target companies and internal database.
• Working on TAT; closure of open positions within timelines.
• Maintaining the MIS for tracking the exact status of all open positions ensuring effective TAT Management and being focussed.
•Doing the screening of all the candidates thoroughly to ensure that the Best fit is identified for the role.
• Effective Coordination with the Functional Heads for the closure of the open positions.
• Ensuring that all the set criterias are met for the Role including the shortlisting parameters, relevant experience in handling the role as per job description.
• Keeping all the documentation in place for all the open positions namely - Manpower Requisition Form, Interview Aplication Form, Interview Assessment Form, Reference Check Form, Offer Letter Acceptance, Accepted Resignation from previous employer and confirmation of date of joining.
• Regular Warm up calls to the offered candidates to ensure the joining as agreed at the time of offer and avoid last minute offer drops.

• Sharing and explaining the KRA to the new joiners. • Timely feedback of performance from the Reporting Manager of the new joiners in the initial months / probation period to ensure quality hiring.
