Responsibilities :
• Full cycle tech-recruitment - Source and hire the Technical Team through sourcing,
databases, networking sites, Social media, direct approach, referrals, etc.

Job Summary:
1. Sourcing and Recruiting Candidates: Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting candidates for job vacancies. This includes online job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals and other recruitment methods to attract and screen potential candidates.
2. Conducting Interviews: Screening potential candidates to assess their suitability for the job which includes evaluating their skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
