Job Description :Thrymr Software, a technology solution partner for medium and large global customers, is seeking for a QA Engineer, who can take ownership for the end to end quality of our software projects/products.Thrymr is- rapidly growing outsourced product development startup. Our primary development center is in Hyderabad- (Financial District).- Thrymr is also in Singapore, Hamburg (Germany) and Amsterdam (Netherlands). Responsibilities :- Create comprehensive test plans with well defined, reusable test cases from business requirements and functional specifications documents.- Execute software testing to include functional testing, system testing, regression testing, and performance testing- Record and maintain automated test script libraries for functional regression testing for assigned applications; maintain and improve existing automated tests, and adding new ones as appropriate- Document software defects in an issues tracking system and proactively communicate issues with developers and other project team members- Participate in business requirements and functional specifications reviews early in the software development lifecycle process- Ensure the timeline for quality assurance and testing is optimizedMust Haves:- BE / B.Tech / BCA / ME / M.Tech / MCA degree- 1+ years working experience in Manual and Automation testing- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test casesDesirable Skills :- ISTQB certifications- Due to the technical nature of the role, having a strong understanding of one or more querying languages, such as SQL, and programming languages, such as C, JAVA, would be advantageous.-Experience with performance, load testing, and security testing- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing- Experience working in continuous integration and the continuous delivery environment.Happy go lucky attitude!
