Job Description:
● Work very closely with development teams to ensure technical specifications and final product
meet business requirements.
● Responsible for setting up and implementing test automation strategy from a Functional and
Non-functional perspective for one module or multiple modules who you work with.
● Understand User Experience, design thinking, and its importance to product features.
● Responsible for the addition of new capabilities and features in the automation framework which
is used by the entire QA team for test automation.

Key Skills:
● +3 years of exposure to manual testing on different methodologies.
● Experience in generating test cases.
● QA knowledge in test automation for products or systems.
● Exposure to agile methodology, cross-browser testing, functional testing, Regression testing, and
Performance testing.
● Prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of
escalations.
● Experience in generating Test Case documentation.
● Strong Knowledge of Test Automation, Software Testing, Selenium, TestNg, API Testing, Jmeter,
Appium, and Cucumber 8. 8. Framework
● Good to have knowledge of Jenkins (CI)
● Extent Report generation in selenium
● Programming language - Java (preferred), Javascript, Database

Job Profile Requirement : 

Experience of testing web applications, mobile applications.

As a software tester, you'll be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. You'll conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose and any bugs or issues are removed within a product before it gets deployed to everyday users. Your role is integral to the creation of software systems and technical products. You'll need to be familiar, or become familiar with, programming and using coding languages.

 

Responsibilities:

• Extensively working on Manual Testing/API Testing/Functional or UI Testing.
• Develop test strategies and test plans for projects.
• Participate in developing and reviewing the test policies for the organization.
• Defining the scope of testing within the context of every release and every software testing level or cycle.
• The use of resources in an effective way and managing the resources for software testing.
• Applying the appropriate test measurement and metrics for the software product and testing team.
• Designing test scenarios for software usability, running these tests, and preparing reports on the effectiveness and defects to the production team.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years-10 years of related work experience in API and Functionality testing preferably in the Payments domain.
• Ability to work in a high-performance environment.
• Must be a Graduate in B. E/BSC. IT/BCA or Equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
An awesome SDET with 2 years of experience with testing scalable distributed systems,
exceedingly comfortable with writing code in JS.CHAI+MOCHA / JEST
Experience with test automation suites and have implemented an automated test using
selenium.
Experience with functional and load testing for RESTful APIs.
Comfortable digging/investigating the architecture of systems looking for potential problems
and/or experience with bug tracking tools.
Problem solver who is not limited/hindered by programming languages. Open to learning new
technologies to expand personal impact.
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with testing real time applications like chatbots, games etc.
Experience with WebRTC.
Prior experience at a small startup.

QA Engineer

Position Overview

• You will be responsible for all testing of an entire project across various platforms
• You will own the development and execution of test plans and test cases for multiple features of an application
• You will develop and maintain testing strategies, including manual and automation testing.
• You will ensure comprehensive test coverage by working closely with the product and engineering teams to prioritize testing execution and report on test execution progress and results.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ year of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Experience in manual testing across android app, mobile web and desktop applications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Expertise in test methodologies and test processes.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and generate test cases from them
• Good in communicating with developers and technical leaders, even if they are remote.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize the results
• Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
• Should be able to generate test reports and dashboards for management communication.

Job Responsibities:

Junior Quality Assurance (QA) engineer role and responsibility includes:

• Understanding the product requirement.
• Develop use cases and test cases
• Execute functional and regression testing (It also includes uncovering the bugs early in the product life cycle by doing manual and automated tests to ensure product quality)
• You are responsible for conducting various levels of testing before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs while being cost-effective.
• You will also review software requirements and track quality assurance metrics.

JD: Technical resource(s) will perform configuration, analysis, solution design and Q/A for ServiceNow platform. Services to be performed over the phone, email, texts, and teleconference with a prompt and accurate resolution of questions, issues and requests regarding ServiceNow. The technical resource shall participate in Scrum ceremonies and offer input about the tasks in scope (or deliverables). Successfully perform quality assurance (test script writing, test execution, defect resolution, etc.) for ServiceNow incidents, requests, and projects. Develop technical design documentation such as technical specifications, entity relationship diagrams, etc.

Mandatory : - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in *Manual Mobile App Testing* ( Android / iOS) - Minimum work experience of API testing - Ability to pull off releases in a shorter cycle - Work experience with app-based products having 100,000+ active users Good to have: - Good mobile testing automation skills - Work experience in a well-known startup - Showcase of issues that you logged in open - apps / bug bounty if you had any Responsibilities : - Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback - Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases along with bug tracking - Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved - Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements - Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Will be doing Black box testing, regression testing, Load Testing and Performance Testing. This can involve some extent of automated testing as well. Should have knowledge in testing methodologies using various tools and testing desktop products. Exposure to Network and Hardware devices will be added advantage. Independently understand functional spec and prepare test cases. Expertise in preparing test plans. Independently communicate with project teams (development) and coordinate the testing tasks (bug follow-up etc). Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree with relevant computer qualification. 2 years and above of Software Testing experience in Mac, Android/iPhone and Web application. Should have experience in both Manual Testing. Working knowledge in Automated testing is advantageous. Good knowledge in Defect tracking and tools. Should have ability to adapt to latest technologies. Good Communication is a must.
