Language Requirement

Fluent in English and Tamil (Hindi will be a brownie point). Immediate

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, source, and convert new franchise leads across targeted regions.

2. Manage the complete business development funnel — from lead

genera on and outreach to final deal closure.

3. Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging opportunities,

compete tor trends, and poten al franchise loca ons.

4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding

and long-term success of franchise partners.

5. Maintain updated CRM pipelines, track follow-ups, and prepare weekly performance and lead reports.

Key Requirements

1. Proven experience in Business Development, Lead Genera on, or

Franchise Sales.

2. Working knowledge of computers, social media platforms, and internet

mining tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar

databases is desirable.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly result-oriented, hardworking, and motivated by

performance driven targets.

Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Job Details:

•Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP HCM implementations and/or upgrades.

Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM – Technical

* At least 2 years of experience in the completion of full life-cycle implementations with Cloud HCM Suite

* In-depth experience in any or all: Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labor.

* Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions.

* Proficiency in developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI.

* Familiar with relational and dimensional logical data modeling.

* Ability to review business processes and translate them into BI reporting and analysis solutions.

* Experience in configuring and supporting reports.

* Experience working with Oracle on product bugs.

* Data analysis and root cause analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI and ML projects.
• Proven track record of delivering successful AI and ML solutions that address complex business problems.
• Expertise in design, development, deployment and monitoring of AI ML solutions in production.
• Proficiency in various AI and ML techniques and tools, such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, ML frameworks, cloud platforms, etc.
• 1+ year experience in building Generative AI applications leveraging Prompt Engineering and RAG
• Preference to candidates with experience in Agentic AI, MCP and A2A (Agent2Agent) protocol.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think strategically, creatively and analytically, and to translate business requirements into AI and ML solutions.
• Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest developments and trends in the field of AI and ML.

In this role, you will be part of a US Delivery Team and work with our global customers in supporting our AI-driven procurement solution and serve as a subject matter expert on Zycus Procurement Performance and Spend Analytics application.

As a Product Technical Analyst at Zycus, you will:

• Serve as Product Technical Analyst on Zycus Procurement Applications (Source to Pay)
• Work on all aspects of Zycus Support Desk and be the first point of Contact for Customers having queries/ issues related to Zycus products & be available on email/ chat/ call mediums for the Customer concerns
• Work with the Technical Account Management Team to ensure deliverables are on-time, increase efficiency and resolve issues for customers by coordinating with multiple Teams from Zycus & Customer side to achieve Customer Satisfaction
