Job Description

We are seeking skilled Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in the PHP/Symfony im CMS/DXP/E-Commerce environment to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Web Portals and Shop Projekts for our Domain Name applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional and agile teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain frontend components for web applications using:

Symfony (must have)

Drupal (nice to have)

Ibexa (nice to have)

Shopware (nice to have)

Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration and data flow.

Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast loading and smooth user interactions.

Implement best practices for web accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.

Ensure responsive design and mobile-first principles are consistently applied.

Maintain high-quality coding standards, documentation, and unit testing. 

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with expertise in Symfony (must have).

and/or Symfony based CMS/DXP or Shop systems (nice to have).

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and JavaScript(must have).

Experience with Vue.js, React, Nuxt.js (nice to have).

Frontend-API, , Frontend-Testing-Frameworks (nice to have).

Experience with PHP templating and frontend integration within PHP-based systems.

Twig-Templating, Tailwind or Bootstrap (must have).

Familiarity with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/Yarn) (nice to have).

Experience in UI/UX best practices and component-based design (must have).

Excellent understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and frontend performance optimization (must have).

Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams (must have).

Responsibilities:

• Be a key player in the entire application development lifecycle, build and maintain excellent react applications with clean code
• Formulating an effective process to implement pixel-perfect UI's that match designs.
• Generating front-end libraries and reusable components for later use. 
• Maximizing performance of components across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers Skills.
• Working in collaboration with the team members and project managers to develop clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
• Create and maintain workflow with the team for implementing and integrating the third-party APIs and work along with the backend team.
• Flexible in working with a small team of frontend-backend developers, a project manager, and other programmers.
• Liaise with the internal team to produce top-notch prototypes and mock-ups.
• Participating in concepts of new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry development trends and assisting team members for development.
• An understanding of common programming paradigms and fundamental React principles, similar as React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle.
• Discussing and implementing new project management ideas with team and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles.
• Keep abreast with day to day developments in technology and working with native modules.
• Assist with building estimates and assume accountability for your job and results delivery.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer applications or related fields.
• Proven working experience as a React Developer for 3+ years and above.
• Hands-on experience on  HTML5, CSS3, and  CSS frameworks.
• Demonstrable knowledge on  Web services, Web API, REST services & GraphQL.
• Expertise in UI design and development of responsive web applications using React, Redux, Flask and Hooks.
• Applicable knowledge on Social API integration, Core location APIs, Web Views, Payments integration
• Proficiency in understanding of layout aesthetics .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to solve novel and challenging React problems.
• Capability to understand ,develop and sustain continuous integration and delivery.

• Create high-quality HTML files based on the latest HTML5.
• Conducting website performance and usability tests.
• Troubleshoot any issues with the website.
• Meeting publication deadlines.

• In-depth knowledge of front-end coding languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as Sass and Less.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or other graphic design and layout tools.

• Designing, building, prototyping, developing and implementing single-page responsive web applications for our cloud platform.
• Involved in decision making for design and technical aspects for modular and component-based architectures.
• Developing application code, services, user interfaces, user experience and unit tests.
• Ensuring high performance and responsive applications with state-of-the-art user experience.
• Experimenting with new technologies and working with integrated web-applications.
• Collaborating and iterating with the Product Managers, UI/UX and Backend teams to define, design, build, extend products and features.

• You have previously worked for a minimum of 3 years in a technical environment contributing as a programmer.
• You have proven expertise in the JavaScript ecosystem and used frameworks like ReactJS, Vue. Preference would be given to reactjs.
• You have exposure to Golang, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL and Firebase.
• You must have strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

UI Developer :

Experience in developing Web Applications/websites using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap4 or above is essential

Experience in CSS preprocessors like Less, Sass

Experience in developing Responsive and Mobile First design products/websites using wireframes & mock-ups is essential

Experience in tailwind CSS is a must (config, create custom util function)

Experience in the latest design principles and animations is essential

Experience in Photoshop / Sketch tools and collaborative products like Invision / Figma is desirable

A fair understanding of JavaScript programming / Jquery is essential

Experience in working with React

Good knowledge of web standards and SEO principles is desirable

Must Have

• Hands-on in HTML5 and CSS3 and JavaScript
• Knowledge of jQuery, GreenSock, JSON and XML
• Good to have cross-browser / Cross-platform compatibility knowledge.
• Unit testing skills
• Debugging skills
• Know how to slice and dice images using Photoshop
• Should able to write the code using the mentioned technologies and should be able to debug over multiple OS across browsers
