This role involves providing voice-based customer and client support for digital marketing platforms, tools, and campaigns, including handling complex technical queries and contributing to platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for advertisers and marketers using digital platforms.

* Handle voice-based queries related to campaign performance, ad delivery, billing, targeting, and account configuration.

* Resolve complex technical and platform-related queries via voice support.

* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve advertiser issues in a timely manner.

* Detect and track app/platform defects and inconsistencies.

* Provide consultation and guidance on best practices for campaign optimization.

* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying root causes of recurring issues and suggestions

• Drive the Migration Project and support Business Applications teams through the project lifecycle.
• Interpret written business requirements, functional requirements and technical specification documents to design and develop technical solutions that meet business needs
• Contribute to Application development, migration of components, testing and Production Support.
• Collaborate with IT and Business partners to develop, and troubleshoot end to end technical solutions
• Create and maintain technical evaluation documentation using defined technical documentation templates that meet standards

Required Skills:

• Well versed with Java Backend Development.
• Proficient in Oracle, SQL.
• Experience in Shell scripting in UNIX, Autosys scheduler
• Good understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS)
• Knowledge of different file movement patterns and tools  - File Transfers, Messaging, MQFTP, Sterling Integrator, Mobius

As a part of the Global Credit Risk and Data Analytics team, this person will be responsible for carrying out analytical initiatives which will be as follows: -

• Dive into the data and identify patterns
• Development of end-to-end Credit models and credit policy for our existing credit products
• Leverage alternate data to develop best-in-class underwriting models
• Working on Big Data to develop risk analytical solutions
• Development of Fraud models and fraud rule engine
• Collaborate with various stakeholders (e.g. tech, product) to understand and design best solutions which can be implemented

Basic Requirements:

• 1-3 years of work experience as a Data scientist (in Credit domain)
• 2016 or 2017 batch from a premium college (e.g B.Tech. from IITs, NITs, Economics from DSE/ISI etc)
• Strong problem solving and understand and execute complex analysis
• Experience in at least one of the languages - R/Python/SAS and SQL
• Experience in in Credit industry (Fintech/bank)
• Familiarity with the best practices of Data Science
