Customer Service Representative
Location: Dwarka Sector 7, New Delhi
Working Days: 6 days a week
Position: Customer Service Representative
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle incoming customer queries and make outbound calls to existing customers for follow-ups, updates, and promotions.
- Customer Support: Provide high-quality service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and answering product/service-related questions.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services, maximizing revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate benefits, features, and promotions to customers.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records and report on call outcomes, customer feedback, and sales results.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to meet customer needs and improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for helping customers and providing solutions to their problems.
- Sales Skills: Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively, with a target-oriented mindset.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated and independent.
- Familiarity with CRM Systems: Knowledge of customer relationship management tools and databases is a plus.
