Job description;

• Strong expertise in JavaScript concepts.
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, including preprocessors like SASS.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross browser compatibility issues.
• Experience with ReactJS, and Redux and its functionalities.
• Solid understanding of webpack, babel or similar module bundlers and transpilers.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling, and integrating them into the front-end.
• Familiarity with Git and code versioning tools and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Role Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled UI Developer to develop websites and applications with functionality and aesthetics in mind. The UI Developer will work with Back-End Developers and Front End Developers to ensure that the website is optimized for several devices and presented in an attractive way. As a UI Developer one must have excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Job Responsibilities

• Writes high quality code & unit tests, builds, tests as per agreed timelines
• Participates in technical design and provides estimation
• Owns one or more small to medium features
• Becomes a go-to person in at least one area
• Communicates clearly and gets clarification upfront to minimise rework.

Skills

• Exhibit strong problem solving skills, helps other developers and demonstrates teamwork
• Understands detailed requirements and demonstrates excellent problem solving skills
• Deep understanding of software engineering practices, Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience in UI framework
• Understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 and cross-browser compatibility issues.

• Proficiency in converting visual design (created in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,etc) into HTML CSS.

• Strong sense of ownership, drive and ability to deliver results
• Strong communication skills
