Job Title: Millwork / Cabinet Designer

Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing architectural plans, coordinating with designers and general contractors, evaluating quotes, and developing detailed millwork packages—including for brand prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Review and interpret architectural floor plans and translate them into clear, buildable millwork/cabinet designs.

•

Evaluate and mark up shop drawings for compliance, accuracy, and constructability.

•

Understand and apply detailed knowledge of cabinet composition, construction methods, materials, and finishes.

•

Develop millwork drawing packages for brand prototype rollouts, ensuring consistency with design intent, brand standards, and production feasibility.

•

Review and compare supplier quotes, assisting in selection and value engineering where necessary.

•

Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal designers, architects, general contractors, and fabricators throughout all project stages.

•

Maintain project timelines and deliverables in line with construction schedules and budget requirements.

•

Provide design input or solutions that enhance functionality, manufacturability, or aesthetics when appropriate.

Qualifications:

•

Minimum 2 years of experience in millwork or cabinet design, with experience in brand development or prototype rollouts a strong plus.

•

Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and construction documents.

•

Expert-level understanding of shop drawing standards and production workflows.

•

Hands-on experience with CAD and drafting tools.

•

Solid grasp of cabinet joinery, hardware, and millwork materials.

•

Strong organizational and project management skills.

•

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This role requires you to work and collaborate with the customers, product & Engineering teams to meet and fit customer to our product. This role will be responsible for building technical project plans for Compass as well as tracking and driving the delivery of those projects. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be a driving force in the continuous improvement of our planning and execution pipeline. This role heavily involves mathematical and analytical skills, since you would be directly responsible to set incentives programs for customers and consult them over that.

• BTech or MCA or MBA required
• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience and in a customer facing role
• Good exposure to SAAS product.
• Exceptional soft skill, including the ability to talk with both technical and business concerns.
• Good Microsoft Excel which involves using Pivots and mathematical formulae
• Ability to think logically and constructively about complex problems.
• Must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques
• Data mining using state-of-the-art methods
• Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems
• Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
• Creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Working Experience in building deep learning NLP Models for text classification, image analytics-CNN,RNN,LSTM.
• Working Experience in any of the AWS/GCP cloud platforms, exposure in fetching data from various sources.
• Good experience in exploratory data analysis, data visualisation, and other data preprocessing techniques.
• Knowledge in any one of the DL frameworks like Tensorflow, Pytorch, Keras, Caffe
• Good knowledge in statistics,distribution of data and in supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms.
• Exposure to OpenCV Familiarity with GPUs + CUDA
• Experience with NVIDIA software for cluster management and provisioning such as nvsm, dcgm and DeepOps.
• We are looking for a candidate with 14+ years of experience, who has attained a Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field. They should also have experience using the following software/tools:
• Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
• Experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, RDS, AWS-Sagemaker(Added advantage)
• Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages in any: Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.
