Job Description: Senior Backend

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Skills Required:

• Deep expertise in backend architecture using Python (FastAPI, Django), Node.js (NestJS, Express), or GoLang.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS, GCP, Azure, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible).
• Mastery in CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and deployment automation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Flux).
• Experience building high-performance distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Understanding of event-driven systems, message queues, and streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams).
• Familiarity with database design and scaling - PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, TimescaleDB.
• Deep understanding of system observability, tracing, and performance tuning (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Familiarity with AI integration stacks - deploying and scaling LLMs, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus), and inference APIs (vLLM, Ollama, TensorRT).
• Awareness of DevSecOps practices, zero-trust architecture, and cloud cost optimization.
• Bonus: Hands-on with Rust, WebAssembly, or edge computing platforms (Fly.io, Cloudflare Workers, AWS Greengrass).

What does the role look like?

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and technically-savvy Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE). Should be an excellent individual contributor capable of understanding and driving test execution with minimal help. Who can work towards understanding application performance, functionality, and features to great depth enabling them to report issues, take ownership and drive them to closure.

What will you be doing?
 Develop and execute automated tests and test plans
 Efficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of the products(API and App)
 Review product user interface for conformity to design guidelines
 Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution
 Interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process
 Work with Engineering and product to understand the overall product requirements and technical architecture and how each feature is implemented

What will you need ?
 Bachelor/Master degree in CS or related field from a reputed college
 Experience in manual testing for Application and APIs
 Experience in automation testing using available framework.

 Demonstrated experience in test planning, test design, test execution and reporting.
 Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical partners.
 Understanding & experience with software design pattern, restful APIs and microservice architecture

As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) at jhana.ai, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, prospecting, and engaging with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) to set up high-quality meetings and contribute to jhana.ai's growth. This role requires expertise in SaaS sales, ICP evaluation, and strategic prospecting. You will have the opportunity to define and refine SDR processes, mentor team members, and help scale the SDR team as demand grows. This position involves regular client interaction, both virtually and in-person, and requires travel. If you bring a strong foundation in SaaS sales, extensive SDR experience, and a knack for building scalable processes, we’d love to meet you!

The day-to-day

Lead Generation and Prospecting

● Conduct targeted outreach to engage ideal prospects within the legal and tech sectors.

● Qualify potential clients based on established ICP criteria and set up meetings with high-potential leads for the sales team.

● Use multi-channel outreach (emails, calls, social media) to build a pipeline of qualified meetings.

ICP Evaluation and Process Optimization

● Work closely with sales leadership to refine and enhance ICP criteria based on customer insights and market feedback.

● Develop effective messaging and outreach strategies tailored to each ICP.

Process Development and Team Expansion

● Design and implement scalable workflows and processes for the SDR team, ensuring productivity and effectiveness.

● Coach, mentor, and support team members, driving best practices and continuous improvement.

● Partner with sales leadership to assess team needs and support expansion efforts as the business grows.

Metrics and Performance Analysis

● Track SDR KPIs and performance metrics, analyzing results to inform strategic adjustments.

● Leverage data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and increase pipeline effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

● Experience: 3-7 years as an SDR, ideally in a SaaS environment, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and meeting setup targets.

● Strategic Prospecting: Advanced skills in identifying high-potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry publications, events, and specialized data sources.

● Communication and Persuasion: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to different personas.

● High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Skilled in handling objections, building rapport, and adapting communication to match customer needs and personalities.

● Process Design and Optimization: Experienced in setting up, documenting, and continuously improving SDR workflows and creating playbooks for lead qualification and handoff.

● Time Management and Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively based on business impact.

About the Job:

H1 seeks backend developers with experience on NodeJS, Typescript and PostgreSQL for our development team

In this role, you will report directly to the CTO

Agile based organization, with bi-weekly sprints on long-term project

Responsibilities:

• Build an extraordinary tech product (software) from an user centric perspective, for all the different actors involved with the organization and in direct contact with the technology (clients, management, finance, risk/operations team, commercial team, marketing, etc.) 
• Working with the CTO to build the roadmap and agile based organization required.
• Develop application api centric on security and encryption
• Receive and react to product feedback from all internal and external stakeholders
• Product KPIs, and product releases on a recurring basis
• Producing reports to monitor level of usability, engagement, etc. (product metrics and analytics)
• Contributing to deliver the expected results from a usability and engagement perspective
