Job Description

As an Engineering & Scrum Lead, you will be leading a technology team to build a highly scalable and extensible platform that provides the foundation for collecting, storing, modelling, and analysing massive IoT data sets from multiple channels. This position thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development. You should have the ability to partner with team members who have great technical depth & analytical ability to deliver customer success.

This is a “Work from Office” role.

Desired Skillset:

• 8-12 years track record of relevant work experience
• Dynamic leader who has directly managed team of highly competent developers & analysts in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience of working with agile methodologies using tools like Jira/ Zoho Sprints
• Experience in conducting and leading daily Scrum meetings and sprint planning sessions
• Ability to roll up sleeves when required (for design, development, debugging, testing, support etc.)
• Strong communication skills – verbal & written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up ecosystem
• Strong leadership skills & strong project management skills with experience of delivering high quality projects on time. Experience on relevant tools is a must.
• Experience in building, leading & managing multi-engineer projects and mentoring top-notch engineers in consulting companies
• Development and support experience in Web domain with experience on delivering high performance systems
• Architecting, developing, implementing and maintaining highly available and highly scalable systems on cloud
• Experience with database modelling and development, data mining and warehousing

Position Overview:

The Exe/Assistant Manager Accounts will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of the company. This position involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, and providing support to the finance team.

1. Data Entry – RTV, Revenue Assurance, Expense Analysis

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Inter CA or (CA multiple attempt) qualification preferred.

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.

- Proficient in financial software and tools, such as Excel, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), and ERP systems.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
