About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through engaging animations, videos, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and design tools, along with an understanding of fashion aesthetics and brand communication.

The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities

🎨 Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual content for brand campaigns.

🎬 Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing, and promotional activities.

✨ Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and motion designs aligned with brand guidelines.

👗 Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to develop fashion-focused visual assets.

📱 Design content for digital platforms including social media posts, reels, advertisements, and brand videos.

🖥️ Ensure consistency in visual identity, typography, colors, and overall brand aesthetics.

🔄 Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

✅ Strong experience in Motion Graphic Designing

✅ Experience in Video Editing

✅ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

✅ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

✅ Working knowledge of Figma

✅ Experience with Adobe After Effects (Added Advantage)

✅ Strong understanding of design principles, animation, and visual storytelling

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Education background from a Fashion Institute / Design Institute preferred.

⭐ Prior experience working with a Fashion Brand, Lifestyle Brand, or Creative Agency is highly preferred.

⭐ Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video editing projects is mandatory.

Position: Windchill Developer

Profile of the Job Holder:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Computer Engineering stream;

· 2-5 Years of relevant work experience;

· Highly motivated & self-initiator with good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;

· Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;

· Ease at dealing with ambiguity in work situations

· Empower themselves by seeking authority to make decisions within appropriate guidelines;

· Recover quickly and learn from setbacks;

Key Skill & Knowledge Profile:

· Understand Basic Concepts of PLM

· Experience in Windchill / PDMLink customization

· Thingworx Knowledge

· Programming Knowledge of Java, JSP, XML, and HTML

· Knowledge of Windchill Data Model

· Ability to create reports using query builder

· Basic knowledge of any database (Oracle, SQL servers)

· Working knowledge of any Bug tracking & End user support tool;

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Support

· Analyze & understand existing customizations

· Design, Develop & enhance customizations based on requirements

· Testing & resolving of issues in Windchill

· Prepare and maintain all necessary documentations

· Responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements

· Adopt best practices on software development processes and ensure that quality processes is adhered

· Understand the deployment process and execute accordingly

· Escalate issues in a timely fashion to the PLM Operations Team to ensure Business visibility

• Experience in Java Programming with Selenium and Mobile Application (Appium).
• Experience in designing developing data quality automation and executing test plans.
• Experience in CI/CD and developing Test Automation Tools for Data Quality Assessment.

In this role, you will participate in all phases of a product - Discover, Design, Test, Build and Measure. 

• It is a hybrid role of 60-70% UX and 40-30% UI design focus. 
• You will be liaising with the following teams - Brand, Copy, Product development and Marketing to ensure cohesiveness.
• You will need to understand and produce design assets for a responsive website.
• You will need to coordinate with the development team to help in implementation by providing accessible assets which have a precise specification.
• You should understand the design approaches that cater differently (if required) for different market segments and location and create design artefacts accordingly.

• Define and map information architectures and user journeys for the responsive web design solution
• Create, iterate and prototype testable design concepts

• Conduct research using a variety of methods and be able to synthesise results from research into tangible insights and recommendations for discovery as well as ongoing improvement of current journeys

Experience

• In-depth knowledge of human-centred design and usability heuristics. Extensive experience in Product, UX, HCI, or Web Design
• Experience in designing responsive websites and applications
• Experience in creating, testing and iterating prototypes with stakeholders
• Experience with conducting research and articulating outputs incoherent and understandable formats
• Experience in setting/managing expectations
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines
