Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Indore (Work From Office)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Nway Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounts operations, invoices, and payments.
• Manage and reconcile ledgers, ensuring proper entry and reconciliation.
• Utilize accounting software like Tally to maintain financial records.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and tax documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for cross-functional support on accounting-related tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Tally and ledger management.
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day accounting activities, including reconciliation processes.
• Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree required and any other relevant academic course a plus.

2. Strong domain knowledge of investment data

3. 5+ years of data management, data analytics, or data governance experience in financial services

4. Experience in data analysis, exploratory analysis using SQL and formulating data quality rules.

5. Experience working with BI reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI is preferred.

6. Knowledge in coding, Python is a plus.

7. Prior experience working with Data Platforms like Aladdin, FactSet, Bloomberg, MDM platforms preferred.

* Candidates must have Real Estate Knowledge,

* In-house drafting of all Documents MOU, Agreement to Sell, Sale Deeds, payment collections, and the bank loan process.

* Should have a minimum experience of 2 to 4 years in CRM and managing teams.

* handled Real Estate CRM.

Preferred candidate profile

* Candidate must have Real Estate Knowledge with min 2 - 4 years of experience.

* In-house drafting of all Documents MOU, Agreement to Sell, Sale Deeds, payment collections, and the bank loan process.

* Collections, preparation documentation, Bank docs.

• Should be able to collect data on Customers, Market place and competitors
• Should have validated experience of setting direction for large scale products keeping delightful user experience as the end goal
• Create products that empower rural advertising in the market or allow clients to remain competitive in the market
• Determine all the environmental factors and design product specifications
• Should be obsessed with Users and continuously ask What, How & Why to identify gaps in the critical systems and create products keeping deadlines in mind
• Perform validation at every stage through continuous research and evaluation
