Product Manager

Talview is seeking experienced frontend developer to join our engineering team building next generation reactive web app applications for the talview platform. We're looking for passionate, creative developers who are excited about solving new problems. As a developer, you will work through the full project lifecycle to design, develop, test, implement and support the web applications. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment on highly impactful projects. We don't expect you to know everything coming in, so we'll pair you with mentors who will help you grow and develop your skills.

Skills & Requirements

We expect to see:

• 2-5 year of experience.
• Expertise with JavaScript and modern JS reactive frameworks like React JS/ Vue / Svelte.
• Experience writing semantic HTML5 markup and CSS3.
• Expertise developing web apps with responsive/adaptive design and progressive enhancement.
• Understanding of major browsers and the special considerations required for various quirks.
• Experience with mobile web development.
• Experience with Node.js, package management, build systems (webpack/rollup/esbuild) and the OSS ecosystem.
• Experience with VCS and Git in particular.
• A strong design sense and knowledge of how product design affects UI/UX.
• Strong Javascript foundation and clear understanding of Javascript classes, prototype based inheritance, modules, etc.

We like to see (but not required):

• An active Stack Overflow and Github profile
• Prior experience with UI frameworks and javascript
• Any open source code or example projects that you're proud of
• Experience in developing SaaS products with an engaged user base
• Any other evidence of your passion for building great applications

About the Role:

LogiNext is looking for a dynamic and competent professional to manage the efficient execution of payroll administration services in compliance with legal requirements and LogiNext policies and procedures The work at LogiNext is very fast paced, agile, and hence, you must be able to multitask to deal smoothly with competing levels of priority.

Responsibilities

Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third party payments) Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades Prepare detailed variance analysis and reports prior to the payroll cycle for all types of pay-outs - statutory returns and ensure compliance to all monthly, quarterly and annual payments and returns. Generates reports for reconciliation and analysis Prepare and maintain all the documentation for employees including PII documents, offer letters, appointment letters, employee correspondence letters etc. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies Liaise with accounts departments/auditors and manage payroll tax audits Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions

Requirements 

BSc/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related field; professional certification (e.g. CPP, CPM) is a plus 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in payroll administration Experience working with payroll vendors Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related compliance laws. Locations other than India (US, KL, Dubai) are desirable but not mandatory. Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS (e.g. SAP, ADP, Kronos) and MS Office (especially Excel) An analytical mind and good math skills Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) Organisational and leadership skills

BI Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive knowledge of SQL
• Expertise as a Microsoft BI Developer (SQL Server, SSIS)
• Experience and understanding of build and deploy processes
• A structured approach to software development (agile or waterfall), and a thorough understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Knowledge and experience in experience banking
• Contribute to planning and estimation of sprints, features and releases
• Integrate new data sources using SQL, SSIS and C#
• Contribute to the testing and UAT phases
• In addition SQL Server 2014, Integration Services, Analysis Services, and Reporting Services (SSIS, ), Microsoft .NET, Tableau, Power BI, Data warehouse design

• Should have good hands on UI Path scripting
• Should have overall exp of 3 – 6 Years
• Should have min 2 Years experience in UI Path
• Should have strong experience in RPA Development
