About the Role: 

We are looking for a Data Architect with a strong background in data engineering & cloud data platforms. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable data architectures that power enterprise analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI solutions — ensuring data availability, quality, and governance across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Data Architecture & Strategy 

• Design & Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable, and optimized data engineering solutions on the Databricks platform. Architect data pipelines that scale efficiently and reliably. 
• Data Pipeline Development: Develop ETL/ELT pipelines leveraging Databricks notebooks, Delta Lake, Snowflake tech stack, Azure Data Factory etc.  
• Cloud Integration: Work closely with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP to integrate Databricks or Snowflake with data storage (e.g., ADLS, S3, etc.), databases, and other services. 
• Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of data workflows by tuning Databricks clusters, improving query performance, and identifying bottlenecks in data processing. 
• Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. 
• Data Governance & Security: Ensure best practices for data security, governance, and compliance when working with sensitive or large datasets. 
• Automation & Monitoring: Automate data pipeline deployments and create monitoring dashboards for ongoing performance checks. 
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest Databricks features and Snowflake eco system best practices to continuously improve existing systems and processes. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• 12+ years of experience in Data Architecture / Data Engineering roles.  
• Proven expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and cloud-based data solutions (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Synapse). 
• Hands-on experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, DBT, Azure Data Factory, etc.). 
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark for data processing and integration. 
• Experience with API integrations and data APIs for AI systems. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to manage and oversee the successful delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a solid understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, designers, and QA teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure smooth execution of sprints.
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders, including leadership, on project status, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure the team follows software development best practices and ensures that projects meet technical and business requirements.
• Oversee resource allocation, ensuring the right skills are available and tasks are prioritized effectively.
• Manage change requests and scope creep, ensuring projects remain on track in terms of schedule, budget, and quality.
• Lead post-project reviews and retrospective meetings to analyze project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and positive environment within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role with [X] years of experience managing complex technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, or similar.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, including cloud technologies, software architecture, development frameworks, and databases.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.

Candidate must have experience 5+ years in automation

• At least two projects experience in automating mobile applications on mobile platforms (Android and iOS)
• Proven track record in integrating end to end process of mobile automation deployment solutions with CI/CD pipeline and running on emulators and physical devices
• Experience in creating branches and workflows using Git
• Experience in Appium, testng, cucumber, selenium, page factory, maven
• Experience with tools & applications such as JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Git
• Designs, develops, maintains, and troubleshoots automated suites of tests
• Work with developers to get bugs reproduced and tested
• Very good in java OOPs Concepts
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Strong Automation Scripting experience

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development of new highly-responsive, web-based user interface
• Work and collaborate in a scrum structure
• Develop components and libraries that are reusable and future-proof
• Develop a flexible and well-structured APIs to support the system

Required Skills:

• Excellent understanding of Javascript including the OOP concept and how DOM work
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Prior experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Prior experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with HTML / CSS
• GIT experience
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Should be comfortable working in our Bangalore office from Day 1.
• Should possess good communication skills.
