Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure business opportunities through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms in mobile app and game development.
• Develop winning bidding strategies to secure high-value projects in iOS, Android, Unity, Unreal Engine, and other relevant technologies.
• Write persuasive proposals, cover letters, and client pitches tailored to game and app development projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients for long-term business growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies in mobile apps and gaming.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in business development, specifically in mobile app and game development.
• Proven success in securing projects on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms, with a strong profile and high project win rate.
• Strong understanding of game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine), app development frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin), and monetization strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write clear, persuasive, and client-focused proposals.
• Experience in gaming, AR/VR, AI-driven applications, or blockchain-based apps is a plus.

● Preferable previous experience in acquiring or managing travel agents, visas, or insurance.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

1.     Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2.     Preferred: Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3.     Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a software developer. Experience with CRM Software such as Zoho or Salesforce is an added bonus.

4.     Proven experience in handling APIs to integrating between software and tools.

5.     Experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.

Skills Required:
