We are looking for an experienced AI specialist to join our revolution using the deep learning, artificial intelligence. Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and direct research and development (R&D) and processes to meet the needs of our AI strategy.
- Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help create educational solutions.
- Analyse and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles
- Demonstrated artificial intelligence, machine learning, mathematical and statistical modelling knowledge and skills.
- Well-developed programming skills – specifically in SAS or SQL and other packages with statistical and machine learning application, e.g. R, Python
- Experience with machine learning fundamentals, parallel computing and distributed systems fundamentals, or data structure fundamentals
- Experience with C, C++, or Python programming
- Experience with debugging and building AI applications.
- Robustness and productivity analyse conclusions.
- Develop a human-machine speech interface.
- Verify, evaluate, and demonstrate implemented work.
- Proven experience with ML, deep learning, Tensorflow, Python

Sprinto is an early-stage SaaS startup, working in the information security "compliance" space. This is a flourishing area but has not seen any innovation in the last couple of decades. Thanks to some macro-changes, we think the space is ripe for a startup to become a market leader. Within the launch of six months, we raised a big Series A round of 10M $ funding from India's top-tier VCs. Our job as founders and early team members is to ensure that Sprinto has a shot at this opportunity.
- Sprinto has an experienced founding team. Prior to Sprinto, we (Girish and Raghu) built Recruiterbox.com. We bootstrapped the recruiter box from 2011 to 2017 and scaled it to 2500+ global customers and a team of ~45 people spread across India and the US. At the end of 2017, Recruiterbox was acquired by Turn/River capital.
We wrote most of the early code at Recruiterbox and remained among the top 5 committers even when the company ran at scale.
