We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python-based web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Starlette. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and building scalable APIs and services in a high-performance environment.  Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code
• Troubleshoot and debug production systems

 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development using Python
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Django, Flask, or Starlette/FastAPI
• Proven experience in API development and integration
• Experience building scalable and high-performance systems
• Familiarity with async programming (especially for Starlette/FastAPI)
• Good understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL)
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

What skills do you need?

• 4+ years of experience in backend development, especially building robust APIS using Node.js, Express.js, MYSQL
• Strong command of JavaScript and understanding of its quirks and best practices
• Ability to think strategically when designing systems—not just how to build, but why
• Exposure to system design and interest in building scalable, high-availability systems
• Prior work on B2C applications with a focus on performance and user experience
• Ensure that applications can handle increasing loads and maintain performance, even under heavy traffic
• Work with complex queries for performing sophisticated data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Sequelize, MongoDB and AWS would be an advantage.
• Experience in optimizing backend systems for speed and scalability.

Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and performant software solutions using NodeJS and AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to identify and solve complex business problems.
• Design and develop large-scale distributed systems that are reliable, resilient, and fault-tolerant.
• Write clean, well-designed, and maintainable code that is easy to understand and debug.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code is of high quality and adheres to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues and work with the team to develop and implement solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in software engineering and cloud computing.
• Experience with Data Security or Cybersecurity Products is a big asset

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2-4 years of professional experience in building web applications using NodeJS and AWS services.
• Strong understanding of NodeJS, and experience with server-side frameworks such as Express and NestJS.
• Strong experience in designing and building large-scale distributed systems, with a solid understanding of distributed computing concepts.
• Hands-on Experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and RDS.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including agile development, TDD, and continuous integration and deployment.
• Hands-on Experience with Cloud technologies including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with no-sql technologies like MongoDB or Azure Cosmos
• Experience with a distributed publish-subscribe messaging system like Kafka or redis Pubsub
• Experience developing, configuring & deploying applications on Hapi.js/Express/Fastify.
• Comfortable writing tests in Jest
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex technical problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Experience in Node.js Frameworks

1. Full Stack developer (.Net): (experience 3 to 6 years) 

• Experience in designing multithreaded/concurrent/distributed systems.
• Experience in .Net framework and C# programming is required (3+ years).
• Experience in working on scalable non-blocking server side frameworks like Spring stack(2+ years)
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, Message brokers. ex: Postgres/MySQL, MongoDB/DynamoDB/Redis/Neo4j, Kafka (2 +years)
• Experience in Front end language and frameworks. JavaScript, must be an expert in one of the front end frameworks (ex: React) (2+)
• Understand cloud technologies and should have deployed applications or products in popular cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, MS Azure, etc (2+ years).

Optional:

• Experience with BigData is a big plus
• Knowledge of functional programming principles is a plus.
