Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have minimum 3+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS or technology product company.

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Candidate should be working as a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager in their current or most recent role.

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have direct experience owning Order-to-Cash (O2C) products, workflows, or platforms, including one or more of the following: Billing & Invoicing, Subscription Management, Revenue Recognition, Accounts Receivable, etc

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience owning products end-to-end including customer discovery, problem definition, roadmap planning, PRD creation, engineering collaboration, product launches, metrics tracking, and post-launch iterations.

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience engaging directly with customers, gathering requirements, validating product ideas, and translating customer feedback into scalable product solutions.

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with experience defining product KPIs, measuring business impact, and prioritizing roadmap initiatives.

Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to build and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies. You'll work across the entire development stack, from database design to user interface implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js and TypeScript
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces
• Design and optimize SQL databases and write efficient queries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature development
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues across the stack

Required Skills

• Backend: 3+ years experience with Node.js and TypeScript

What you will be working on: 

• Key contributor for developing product strategies and features. 
• Software development for industries leading SaaS platform 
• You will be involved closely in planning, designing, integration of client requirements.

Here are some technical skills require:  

• Independently own features and create feature test plans/strategies based on development and feature completion milestones.   
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement.   

• Design automation framework for automating feature tests.   
• Participate in test cases, test plans, s and code reviews.  
• Resolve functional queries coming from other business units such as support, escalation, product management, etc.   
• Participate in bug trailing, tracking quality assurance metrics.  
• Hands-on experience with Python-Selenium or Cypress, will be preferred.   

• Familiarity with Test Management systems like XRay and bug tracker like JIRA tools.

• Should be able to quickly analyze failures and trace back to issues in the product or the automation suite.

• You will guide and mentor junior team members by reviewing their automation code and test cases to ensure good coverage and quality of a feature  
• Resolve functional queries coming from other business units such as support, escalation, product management, etc.  
• Be a quick learner and be open to working on new technologies if needed.    

• Excellent team player with strong verbal & written communication skills.    
• Be able to step up when the situation demands such as meeting deadlines and critical production issues.    
• Propose changes or enhancements to the framework for enabling new feature tests.

• Working knowledge of Dockers and Kubernetes will be an advantage   
• Awareness of general manual and automation concepts and all types of testing methods

Role Description:

• Design, build, and maintain applications using Node.JS
• Hands-on working on various Azure PAAS services.
• Good problem solving abilities along with strong understanding of Data structures, various design patterns & algorithms.
• Enhance existing services and applications to increase availability, reliability, and scalability in a microservices environment
• Work across the engineering team to build new features and services at scale
• Improve engineering tooling, process, and standards to enable faster, more consistent, more reliable, and highly repeatable application delivery
• Remain engaged with latest technology trends and understand operational challenges to continually evolve application delivery processes and platform components
• Support platform technology decisions based on performance metrics and operational SLAs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years software development experience using Node.JS
• Must have experience & understanding of working on Azure PAAS services.
• Strong understanding of Azure PAAS services like Services, Service Bus, etc.
• Exposure/understanding of JavaScript frameworks like Angular.JS/React.JS is added advantage.
• Experience with database and cloud technologies
• Understand the benefits of microservices, but also understand the challenges they bring and current trends on how to address those challenges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred.
