Role Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who is comfortable leveraging AI-powered design tools to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into functional, scalable interfaces while using AI to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, and iteration.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements, user needs, and business goals and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern design tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Use AI tools to generate design concepts, layout variations, design systems, and rapid prototypes to speed up the design process.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
• Ensure consistency in design systems, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation and design accuracy.
• Utilize AI for design inspiration, UX optimization, accessibility suggestions, and design automation.
• Stay updated on AI-driven design trends, emerging UX tools, and modern design practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile product design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Spline, or similar tools.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and design systems.
• Ability to translate AI-generated ideas into production-ready UI/UX designs.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
• Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, and modern UI patterns.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Exposure to design systems or component libraries.

Familiarity with micro-interactions, motion design, or modern UI patterns.

Awareness of AI-assisted UX research or analytics tools.

• Design and Build Advanced Applications for the Android Platform

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience.

Prior experience in startups or high-growth environments preferred.

Strong command over Indian GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

Hands-on experience with accounting tools and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks).

Proven ability to manage fundraising support processes (valuation models, investor decks, datarooms).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.
