Requirements :

• 3+ Years of experience in Flutter app development.
• Proficient in Dart with strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Experience with Android/iOS mobile development (native or cross-platform).
• Familiarity with Firebase, RESTful APIs, and version control tools (Git).
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
• Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, GetX) and Agile methodologies.

Executive Assistant – Founder's Office (Female Candidates Only)

About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant – Founder's Office (Female Candidates Only) to support the Founder, CEO, and Director.

This is not a conventional Executive Assistant role. It is a high-trust, high-ownership position where you will work at the center of strategic decisions, priorities, and execution.

You will work closely with the Founder, CEO, and Director, ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and flawless execution of critical business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage and prioritize the Founder's calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules.

·      Drive end-to-end follow-ups across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely execution.

·      Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, dashboards, and business reports.

·      Coordinate cross-functional activities and monitor timelines to ensure deliverables are met.

·      Draft professional emails, presentations, meeting notes, and business correspondence.

·      Handle confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism.

·      Support the Founder, CEO, and Director in day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.

·      Anticipate requirements, resolve bottlenecks proactively, and ensure smooth workflow.

Candidate Profile

·      Female candidates only.

·      2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior management support role.

·      Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).

·      Confident, professional, and capable of interacting with CXOs, clients, and senior leadership.

·      Comfortable working closely with the Founder, CEO, and Director while managing sensitive and confidential information.

·      Strong interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

·      Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and MS Office.

·      Tech-savvy with hands-on exposure to v productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Notion AI, or similar platforms.

·      Prior experience supporting a Founder, Director, or C-suite executive will be an added advantage.

·      Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, execution-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Requirements

·      Only female candidates currently residing in Gurugram will be considered. Candidates based in Delhi or any other location are not eligible. This is non-negotiable.

·      Immediate joiners or candidates who can join at the earliest will be given strong preference.

Note:- Angular developer with any combination will do for eg- Angular Dev with PHP, Angular Dev with Java or dotnet will also do. They should have worked on Angular 6 or any version above that

• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product using Agile methodologies.
• Maintain and improve web applications. Optimize applications for maximum speed
• Design mobile-based features
• Self-contribution & able to manage and execute work through team members.
• Developing features to enhance the user experience.
• Create quality mockups and prototypes
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
• Create proof of concepts to demonstrate feasibility of proposed solution
• Continuously discover, evaluate and learn new technologies to stay at the forefront of technology innovation
• Write good quality, modular, reusable, well documented, unit-tested code.

The ideal candidate should be a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a team player.

Should have hands-on experience in the following:

• He or she should have experience of at least 3-5 years in Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Excellent in-depth knowledge in Cursors, Indexes, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages,
• Triggers, Exception Handling.
• Excellent in-depth knowledge in Collections, Records, Bulk Collect, Views
• Knowledge of Dynamic SQL
• Exposure in Performance Tuning, Explain Plan
• Should have worked in SDLC environment
• Good communication skills
• Experience in working effectively within a team as well as an individual contributor
