Tech Lead - Fullstack Developer

We are solving complex technical problems in the financial industry and need talentedsoftware engineers to join our mission and be a part of a global software development team. As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications using Java and Angular. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship newfeatures, and you will work closely with Architects to ensure the technical feasibilityof designs and implement them accordingly

• Efficiently realize the UI/UX needs and deliver excellent front-end features.
  
• Maintain quality of our SAAS platform and ensure responsiveness of applications/cloud-run services.
  
• Collaborate with the rest of the teams to design and launch additional/new features and services.
  
• Develop and maintain the source codes.
  
• Optimize and stabilize the overall service architecture (front) from both engineering and commercial point of view.

• Should be highly skilled in the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node)stack.
  
• Should have knowledge of different React Hooks, and should be able to develop custom hooks.
  
• Should have an understanding of making good-looking plots, an understanding of D3.js is preferred.

1. Degree in computer science or similar
2. 3+ years of work experience; web and/or mobile application development is mandatory
3. Working experience in any of the web technologies platforms preferentially ASP.NET(C#), PHP, Angular, Node, Java
4. Strong knowledge of OOPS

Responsibilities

Code Quality and Go live

• Craft clean, manageable code, maintain proper documentation and code integrity
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness, cross-platform optimization of applications
• Create, test and deploy the applications on production servers
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and frameworks to maximize development efficiency
• Responsible for security and data protection.

Communication & Collaboration

• Working alongside Product managers to architect and design new features.
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to launch new features.
• Unblock peers and keep all the internal and external teams informed about the progress of development

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of experience in designing and developing Server-side components (REST APIs, Microservice Architecture) and frontend applications (React/ Angular)
• Good understanding and strong in data structures and algorithms (Degree in computer science is an added advantage)
• Proficient experience using (Ex: advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS, etc.).
• Strong programming expertise in at least one (Python, Java, NodeJS, GoLang) will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Well-versed with Software Development Life Cycle
• Demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter, learn and implement new technologies/ frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
