• Build and nurture a vibrant campus community for Big AIR Lab

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of architectural concepts, layouts, and presentations.
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for proposals and documentation.
• Assist in creating working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams for design revisions.
• Participate in site visits for measurements and inspections.
• Maintain drawing documentation, revisions, and reports.
• Prepare BOQs and material specifications.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and project guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• B.Arch degree.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Rhino is a plus.
• Basic understanding of materials, detailing, and construction methods.
• Strong design sense and visualization ability.
• Good communication, time management, and willingness to learn.

Job Description for Front Desk

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (calculator, pen, printer etc)

• Greet, communicate and welcome clients with a smile.

• Make client comfortable and can offer refreshment (like water, tea, & coffee etc)

• Answer questions and address grievances

• keep updated records and files of the clients

• Familiarity with EcoGreen & Zenoti

• Answering All incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages.

• Direct clients to the appropriate doctors , therapists with whom appointment is fixed with assigned room.

• Be familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of customer complaints or disputes.

• Should be able to handle bookings and process billing part and follow up with clients for balance payment.

Mobile App Development:

UI/UX Design:

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to collect, store, and process data from various sources.
• Create and manage data warehousing and data lake solutions.
